Lovely, privately owned hotel in beautiful central location with monastery and harbour views.
Special little as on: The sweet smell of the night flower during the evening hours.

The owner, Tom is extremely professional, very helpful and ready to assist with anything you need, tips or advice for the island, if you need any supplement in the room he will personally take care of it straight away.
The rooms are clean and all equipped with a balcony with beautiful views. The central yet quiet location allows you to reach everything you need within walking distance, super market, cafés, restaurant, the port.
We stay in hotel Rodon every time we come to Patmos, highly recommend!! :-)

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Rodon. The rooms and hotel in general were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The hotel owner/manager was always extremely helpful and a great source of suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. because of his comprehensive knowledge of the island and everyone who lives there. It is very conveniently situated very near to, but slightly set back from the main area for shops and restaurants.

My wife and I returned to Rodon Hotel after a previous stay two years ago. Thomas, the hotel host, remembered us and gave us a great welcome. The hotel is secure, impeccably cleaned and maintained, and very peaceful (although only a minute's walk from the popular centre of Skala). Our standard room had a balcony from where we could see the bay, a roomy fridge, very quiet and efficient air conditioning, a safe, large flat-screen TV, lovely hot shower, and plenty of cupboard space. Thomas could not have been more friendly, helpful, and attentive. Hotel Rodon will always be my first choice on Patmos.

Very good value hotel in the middle of Skala town and only a minute away from the port. The manager Thomas is very attentive and actually collects you from the ferry even though my boat was 5am in the morning. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Patmos.

Used for a night in transit with a very late arrival, the kind and friendly owner waited for me until late at night. Strategic location in a secluded place, but at the same time just a few meters from the ferry boarding and not far from restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, but be careful of those with walking problems, access to the upper floors only via stairs

This year we stayed 6 nights (17th to 23rd of July 2022) in our home in Patmos for the 7th time in last 10 years. To be honest, I have to admit that how lucky We are.

For me staying at Skala neighborhood (the center of the island) is the best way to experience Patmos. It's very convenient and at the same time very quiet at nights. Perfect restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques, central bus stop, taxi station, markets and etc. This is where Rodon Hotel waiting for you, just 2-3 minutes from everything.

I am probably writing same things about how clean is Rodon Hotel for the last 10 years, nothing changed. The cleaning of the hotel is beyond perfect and still the best.

Hotel also offers fast wi-fi, safety box, air condition, fridge, tv, slippers etc.

You will feel real hospitality here and I am sure that, Thomas (the owner) will do everything for you. Also, before going out for anything, restaurants, bars, boat trips, etc. etc. whatever you are looking for, ask Thomas them, you won't regret.

Now we are looking forward to our next visit to this excellent hotel and beautiful island. No more pandemic please :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Rodon hotel and particularly the interactions with the owner, Thomas. The hotel is well located, clean and tidy with some rooms having a nice view as well while Thomas is really helpful and thorough.

I recommend it!

The ferry arrived in Patmos very late. We were worried that we wouldn't know our way around. But guess what? The owner Thomas was waiting for us all along right there as we exited! Soft spoken and in excellent English, he took us to his hotel and gave us great accommodations and everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Knowing we were tired, he offered us a delicious ice cream. He explained everything for our next day tour of St John's, and also information about our departure, That beautiful, cozy hotel, he has remodeled it mostly by himself. Beautiful!!!

Excellent service in a relative modern building in the central of Skala. The room was not enormous but with enough space and with the most needed for a pleasant stay like fridge, hairdryer and very comfortable beds. Besides this it was extremely clean and fresh.
The hosts are very nice and caring and exchanged a few words every day, just enough to make us feel comfortable but not guarded.
The extremely good service to clean the bathroom again at night while we were out was an experience we have not seen before in Greece and it was a really good feeling to come "home" to. Actually I would say it feels like home in this hotel either you stay for a couple of days or longer. I would stay here again, specially since this roomie was not the tiresome type when we got off the boat, we had the opportunity to decide without stress.
With a jacuzzi on the yard and breakfastservice this would be our ultimate Patmoshome..

...very warm and very clean. This pretty much says everything, and for most travelers is all they need. The young owner named Thomas is very helpfull and attendaned, so is the rest of the staff. Not to forget to mention the great storries u can hear from his kind grandmother. If someone is going to Patmos and needs a place to crush, is a great and wise choice. So is it's location.
