Detailed Reviews
The studios are very well equiped with every thing that you can need , super clean and perfect location.I stayed 5 Days.
Grazia was waiting for me at 23h30 at the port, She's very kind and friendly.
Of all the studios that i rented in Greece, certainly the best one.
Patmos is WONDERFUL.

Just spent 8 days with Stylios and Grazia! This is a lovely place. The rooms are nice with good amenities: tv, kitchenette, washer, ac. Breakfast on the roof with fabulous views. We just loved it and them!

Very nice homey environment. Excellent panoramic 3 way views from the terrace! ... for breakfast but also afternoon/night visit. It is very Clean and tidy. fully equipt with a rather big tv and launtry. The private view through the balcony was not as expected, but there was another public fantastic one to share!! They have pets themselves and are friendly.

We were met off the ferry by the owner who took our luggage on his scooter leaving us to walk the 400 yards to the studios, not a problem. We were concerned at being on the top floor as we had to climb a very tight spiral staircase but it was worth it. The view from the roof terrace was amazing with the port in front of us, the rooftops leading to another bay to the left and the monastery on the hilltop behind us. WOW!
The room was large and was kitted out with a microwave, kettle and the usual 2 ring stove, and there were plenty of pots pans and crockery. Breakfast was taken on the roof terrace and was both good and plentiful. The people there were very friendly and could not do enough for us.
For the price level we paid it is good value for money.

Very close to the harbor, very nice room and our hosts were VERY accommodating. We arrived very early as we had been on the overnight ferry. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a small breakfast on that same day. The next day our wonderful breakfast was served on a small balcony. We were able to enjoy the sunset on the rooftop !!!! Grazia and Stellios were friendly, helpful and it seemed as if they could not do enough for us. We were only there 1 night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very nice side street. We loved this place, seemed very cultural for us. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Simply lovely – convenient location (5 minutes walk from the port) yet quiet and peaceful surroundings, wonderful, attentive, helpful, accommodating and understanding owner/manager (Grazia), tastefully decorated/furnished room which was spacious, clean and well looked after with facilities (fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV etc), bathroom with hot/cold running water, sumptuous breakfast on the roof terrace with amazing views or private balcony, chill out sunset. Highly recommended! You will love it too.

Nice clean room, small balcony overlooking garden. Basic breakfast. Short walk to beach. Each room has a washing machine! Owners very friendly, met us at the ferry and brought luggage to the doorstep. Perfect location on a small side street. No noisy bar or restaurant noise.

The location of the studios is perfect being just a short walk from the harbour. We had breakfast on the roof terrace which has amazing views over the town and the bay and also of the old town of Chora up on the hill. Grazia and Stellios were so helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels were provided. We originally only booked for 3 nights but decided to stay for a week in the end! Thank you both for a lovely stay.

This hotel is perfect. A beautiful old building on a tiny street with a collection of apartments over a couple of floors. At one end of Skala, very near the port (5 minutes - it's a tiny town) easy to get to restaurants, shops and beaches by walking, but no noise from the night life. The room was spacious, clean and well looked after with facilities for keeping and making food, and we had a small private balcony to have breakfast on. A good spacious bathroom and shower too.
If we return we will definitely stay here and the kindness of our hosts was unparalleled. Check this: Ferries to Patmos from Athens arrive at bizarre times and we arrived at 3.30am. Through a mixture of being tight and dumb we hadn't booked that night and turned up at the hotel (exhausted from the journey) unexpected - they were amazingly understanding and accommodating and the owner Stilios let us have his room for the night! Even more insane, they wouldn't accept any payment for the extra night! Have never known service like it!
