The moment I stepped inside I felt at home and at ease. I attended a week long wellness retreat (August 2012) along with a weekend retreat (December 2012). Both times, I did not want to leave. Namasta Nova is comforting and a safe place to be yourself, to explore who you really are, how you are really feeling. The facilities...

Namaste Nova is the ideal setting for a retreat: it offers every comfort in an intimate setting. The hosts adapted the menu to my unique requirements; kept me warm and cozy in the 'great room'; and helped me to feel right at home in the sleeping quarters. The facilities were varied and completely adaptable, from gatherings in the yurt to...

I had the most wonderful 6 days in Namaste Nova. Greeted by warm and welcoming hosts, they nourish my soul and spirit and you won’t believe the wonderful and varied food that comes with it. This is the most beautiful retreat surrounded by nature and animals that are just as eager to greet you as the hosts. I took courses...

I cannot fault the family atmosphere, the wonderful surroundings, the comfortable accommodation and the absolutely delicious food. I will return time and time again to rejuvenate and to give my mind body and soul a treat.

Kelley and Don and staff made us feel super comfortable and addressed all our needs. The grounds are very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were extra perks. I was taking a class there, so that was set up very nicely and was super convenient to go back to my room in the break times. I would highly recommend Namaste...
