Thank you for your review. Yes out on the open verandah, is lovely if you are not pressed for time, so that you can enjoy the nature in the rainforest.
This is a fairly basic pub in a fairly remote location...for what it was, it was great.

Glad you had a great meal and time at the Cow Bay Hotel. The little school that we have here only has 33 children, with not much government funding so we try to support it as much as possible.
After spending the morning exploring the Cape Tribulation and parts of the Daintree, we stopped into the Cow Bay Hotel. What a find!! Just an old fashioned pub serving amazing food! Who would have thought that a toasted sandwich with chips would taste so good?...More
