What a perfect hotel to stay at in Rueil Malmaison. The location is excellent for sightseeing and everything is in walking distance to the heart of the town plus the Chateau Malmaison. The rooms are very clean and the bed and bedding gives an excellent...More

The hotel has the most basic bar I think I've ever seen in a hotel, it's more of a cupboard that the receptionist serves. The rooms are standard and clean. OK for maximum 2 days on business but would not want to be there for...More

We spent one night here the day we arrived from the US. I had alerted the hotel that we would be arriving early and they had our rooms ready for us which was really nice. We used their parking garage which was very convenient. We...More

It is Ibis, a good old standard hotel, not very big. I loved their breakfast instead, and it was perfect for my business trip for 3 days.
I also liked the location, the center of Rueil was easy to reach by foot. Nice evening walk...More

Typical IBIS, noting spectacular just good value for money. Smallish rooms (not too bad) but a long walk form the RER station with luggage, not recommended, take a taxi. Quite neighborhood, not a lot of restaurants around but enough to give you a choice.More

Yes, 30 min by taxi or you can walk to the train station RER (10 min walk) and I believe there is a stop at Saint Quentin en Yvelines. This area is not congested so no problem, you chose the right hotel.

Hi, I've been to the Foire de Chatou and stayed in this hotel. You come out of the hotel, turn right, then right again and at the first traffic lights turn right again. Keep going and you will reach Chatou and the foire which is on the right hand side along the river. In the car it takes five minutes. Walking will take 30 minutes along the main road.
The metro station is five minutes' walk from the hotel but not sure if it will connect to Chatou.
The Foire is a wonderful experience so schedule a whole day at least to explore it.
I offer tours of Paris if that's of interest.
