Very nice hotel , breakfast wasn’t great we skipped this after sat one and went to McDonald’s in Disney village even though we had paid for it.

Everything was perfect , except the cutlery in the restaurant, wasn't clean:-(, can;t be so difficult, hm? Very nice staff, good service, plenty of food and delicious meals, spacious rooms. All in all very good value for money.

We didn't use the facility as we didn't arrive till late afternoon but I'm pretty sure that you can collect the tickets and leave your luggage. We stayed there for the first time Feb half-term and loved it!!
