Attended a week long workshop within the hotel. It was an all in package with buffet lunch and set evening meal. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Work shop was well supported with tea, coffee snacks etc. B'fast and lunch was varied and of a great standard; however, the evening meals were outstanding. Fresh local produce cooked in a Danish style with plenty of variation. Variation in menu (allergy etc) were handled quickly and with style.
The only issue with the hotel is location, you are slightly isolated and far from Copenhagen centre.

I have used this hotel several times when on business trips in Denmark.
It has most needed facilities but unfortunately no fitness area.
In general I find the rooms a little too dark but always clean.
The restaurant is good but a little expensive. Breakfast buffet however is top class.
Ok and free of charge parking facilities.
For business stay it is perfect but for a family stay not really recommended unless one needs a hotel in a distance from the centre of Copenhagen.

Hotel is good for a business trip but a bit too far away from everything to use as a holiday hotel. Room was comfortable and mainly clean - could do with a new shower head. Food in the hotel was really good however dinner was a bit on the expensive side. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Don't believe everything you see on websites! We stayed at this 4-star hotel near Copenhagen in August. The only 4-star thing in this hotel is the Reception. We were greeted by a bored and rude receptionist who seemed bothered by our presence. The rooms are small and unsanitary, the toilet is dirty, as is the shower cabin. It clearly does not have the characteristics of a 4-star hotel. In the bathroom there were no cups for the toothbrush

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms clean, bed comfy, bathroom decent size as well as the redt of the room. Nice interieur. Breakfast served in the restaurant and it was good, different choices so everyone can get theirs. Location good. The hotel staff friendly and professional.

Not sure about some previous reviews I thought this was an excellent hotel within walking distance of the business park - not sure as a tourist stay what else is around, but will definitely use again. Good size, comfortable room in typical Scandinavian design and furnishing. Lovely public areas and bar / restaurant. Very good meal in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful, efficient staff. What’s not to like?

The hotel is good for business trips, well located, far 1.1 KM from the Train Station. Room is medium size, clean and quiet. It's not equipped with coffee/tea machine. The restaurant is nice and the Bar is very good.

I travel to this hotel for business reasons. During the stay everything was OK, close to perfect. Also the food in the restaurant and bar is excellent and they offer a very good and diversified breakfast.
To be perfect I advice to install a cooling system as I had to keep the window open during the night and it was difficult to sleep with the birds above the supermarket close to the hotel,

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms on the side with the supermarket during the summer. The birds are annoying.

First impressions are good, friendly staff and large open atrium bar behind reception for meeting colleagues with lots of seating is a nice feature. Check in was smooth and professional, as indeed was checkout at the end.

Food was decent, staff although friendly were a little casual in terms of getting you seated and coming back when you wanted the bill, etc. No allergy information displayed on the menu or self service areas (breakfast), but staff did check when requested.

Rooms sadly are almost from a different hotel. Very poor lighting, single beds (not connecting ones) pushed together to make a double, and 2 star level of amenities. No warmed fluffy towels, chocolates on the bed or tea and coffee here. Just the bare minimum and less than I have seen in so called ‘budget’ hotels in the past.

There is no safe, no iron (there is a communal one in the corridor on the wall), no warmed towel rail, no bath (small shower) and only 2 supplied towels (hand towel, small bath towel) with no shower mat. They do supply hand soaps, but these are the fixed to the wall dispenser style.

The only other ‘facilities’ are a decent size freeview TV on the desk. 1 desk seat and 1 small bucket reading chair. A mini-bar (charged) and 2 glasses. If you want anything else a note indicates reception would be happy to sell you it (but I would suggest going next door to the supermarket which is better value).

The real let down has to be the lighting in the rooms. Layout is usual 2 bedside, 1 desk and a floor lamp, with light in entrance and bathroom separate. However the room lights are not linked to the light switches. When you turn on the ‘main’ light it only turns on a mood light (led light strip) in the headboard. It was so dull I had to get a torch out to work out what was up with the other lights!

I eventually worked out you need to turn them on 1 by 1 clicking the switch hidden under the shade right by the bulb, very 1960’s. This of course needs to be done in the dark, and repeated to leave the room or go to bed. Add in low brightness bulbs and large solid metal shades on the lamps which make this fiddly, and hardly worth the effort as the room is still very dull with them all on.

Bearing in mind this is a 4 star hotel and you would expect a lot more of the little things to make the room more livable in. From the rooms side it feels more like a budget B&B than an expensive 4 star business location.

Location is 10 mins walk from the station which links to Copenhagen (30 min ride), rail tickets were in 50DKK range one way, a cab back from Copenhagen was 350DKK area. Site also has parking if you are driving. The main attraction for this hotel is the local business which can all be walked to easily, but if exploring you would be better placed nearer town.
