We stayed here for two nights and it was awesome. The setting is amazing and the whole experience was perfect. The dining room was closed because of the pandemic but we had dinners from the menu which we ate in our room or outside and they were excellent. The rooms in the main building are spacious well laid out and comfortable. A truly unique and authentic experience.

The setting is fabulous; set in Laurentians and view is spectacular. The staff is warm and friendly and speak excellent English. The room was large, bright and extremely comfortable. Elegant bathroom and furnishings. The food was excellent and wine prices very reasonable. It is a small resort and very private, with sauna, hot tubs and cold tub with rest areas. Lovely wood fireplace in lobby and in the luxury suite and rest area. Would be great in summer but was beautiful in winter. Featuring illuminated snow shoe paths for night treks. I can't wait to go back!

This is THE place to go to if you want to relax and disconnect from the rest of the world. We had so much fun we didn't want to leave!

We spent time in the baths, sauna, got a massage, took in the breathtaking view, ate DELICIOUS food! We also went for hikes with our snowshoes around the spa. Amazing experience, I recommend it for everyone! The owner of this place is Phillipe and he is so genuine and lovely! His dog Molly is the cuttest chocolate lab and she came with us for walks.

We will be back in the summer and other winters for sure!

Thank you Eco Spa Highland family! :)

Bisous xo

This is a great gem. Food was excellent , service was superior and the view is spectacular. My many thanks to Phil , Vickie and Sue for a lovely stay.
Meals are good portions, tasty and healthy. Wines are well thought out and very reasonably priced. The spa options are good. Be brave and learn to embrace the cold plunge , LMAO.
The rooms are a good size and are clean and tidy. I am working several escapes a year into my plans.

We had fabulous restful stay. The view is amazing. Food was great and entertainment also. The owner plays the piano and sings. They have various places to stay, such glamping, rooms and cottage. Will be back for sure. It’s a little of the beaten path, but that makes it a gem. Very close to Montebello.

Eco Spa Highland it’s a wonderful, beautiful and organized spa that offers a relaxing environment.

I chose this place to enjoy a 3 days 2 nights with my partner while we were travelling in our summer holidays.

The staff is very friendly, the server in the restaurant is a very professional and friendly woman who is always ready to help you out.

We stayed in the romantic tent which was very cozy and a new experience for us. (Glamping)
The tent has a nice and comfortable mattress as well as fridge, nesspreso coffee and a fire place if it gets too cold.
For an extra ($45 tax incld) you will have access to the baths, ( hot, warm, cold) and a sauna. This was the best of it, the panoramic view towards the mountains was fantastic, we definitely enjoyed the sunset and the views.
A delicious and healthy breakfast it’s included in the accommodation.
(Yogurt it’s really yummyyy)
Since this is a eco spa, the food is based on local and organic ingredients, we didn’t take dinner (souper) since we thought it was pricey (50$ plus tax).
Unfortunately restaurants aren’t close by so you may want to bring some snacks and food if you don’t want to take the restaurant portion of the spa.

We had a few things that weren’t pleasant for us.
As you expect to be in a spa (hotel) , your room shall be cleaned everyday by a housekeeper. We didn’t have it done, it was kind of disappointing that after a long day of activities we came back to our tent and it was messy and undone.
We talked with front desk and it supposed us to requested as per privacy.
( as per comp, they offered us a complementary entree ( delicious soupppp).

However, the service and the goodwill of the owner and staff to make your stay the best, it erased the unpleasant situation.

Overall it’s a very good accommodation for a relaxing weekend/Night.

My wife talked me into going to the Ecospa for our anniversary on the recommendation of another couple we know. While reluctant at first, this place is absolutely fantastic and a must visit.

Getting there was interesting, we live in Quebec and frequently travel up highway 50, but I'm not sure we expected the road that we found when we turned off. It seems like it's leading to nowhere, with a rough ride that lasts between 20-30 minutes, depending on what you're driving I think.

Once we arrived we were greeted by a pleasant staff, and told that while our room wasn't ready yet (it was 11am so we didn't expect it to be), we were free to enjoy the baths prior to our massage at 1pm. The baths are fantastic, one hot, one warm and one cold (or so I'm told - we weren't trying that on a 12 degree day in October). They are clean and comfortable with great views.

When it was time for our massage we had to do a little paperwork in the lobby (standard stuff), and were then led to a large tent outside to the side of the building. The massage therapists were very friendly and did a great job. I have never had a massage before but I thought it was nice. My wife has had many and she said that it was good.

At 2:30pm we had booked the panoramic baths. We ordered some lunch to be brought up to us while in the baths. This activity is the one that I would struggle to recommend to anyone else. The reality is not really what you see in the photos on the website. You are in a literal bathtub (deep granted) that will only fill up around 2/3 of the way full. I'm pretty sure there weren't any aromatic salts added, and after filling a bit less than halfway full, there was no more hot water. It was a cool day, and sitting in a mildly hot tub wasn't really that comfortable. Also, the location isn't really panoramic, it's more just looking straight out over a small area of the mountain, while some of the curtains on the gazebo are closed. I wouldn't be able to recommend this feature of the spa.

The lunch was very good, nice flavors and cleanly served. There were far more choices than we expected.

Afterwards we went back to the baths until our room was ready. We had rented the cabin, which is by itself away from the main building. It is absolutely gorgeous inside, with a comfortable couch/chair thing, and a large king-size bed with a memory foam mattress. The views out of the cabin are incredible. We only had two knocks on the cabin, one minor one less minor. The first was that the main door handle doesn't work, so you can only enter or exit by the basement (not the end of the world, but a bit annoying). The second is a bigger issue... We had absolutely no hot water for the night we were there. We ended up leaving earlier in the morning than we planned as we wanted to be able to shower in comfort. The person working the front desk spoke to the owner and they ended up comping us the pitcher of sangria we drank as an apology.

The meal we had on Saturday night was excellent, four courses. The chef was a bit heavy handed with the pepper, but it wasn't a big deal, the food was too delicious. The owner also showed up to play the piano and sing a few songs, which was a nice treat.

Overall, it was a great weekend and we will definitely return. It is relaxing and calm from start to finish.

nice, cozy, secluded getaway... chill & watch the sunset
We had one of the nice rooms facing the west, so we could watch the sunset from our balcony, we didn't use the spa, though usually you have to pay for that service anyway!!
food was good but nothing extra special. Breakfast was simple, a plate with basically sweet varieties, not a buffet style, so that was very limited.
all in all a nice experience but nothing exceptional..

We spent a relaxing weekend in this Auberge situated at the end of a road at the edge of a cliff on top of a hill. It feels like the end of the world, but with all the comforts of a modern Spa. The views are breathtaking and the food delicious, prepared by the lovely Michelle. The owner, Philippe, is very kind and welcoming, he makes you feel at home. If you're lucky you can hear him sing! This place is also the perfect romantic getaway.
