Was away with work and stayed here for a couple of nights. They have a gym and swimming pool which I was surprised about. The room I stayed in was nice and big with a super king bed! The breakfast was very nice with a wide range of selection from fresh juice, fruit, bread and hot food. Had dinner here...

A one night stay for business. Good location and plenty of parking. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Bar staff somewhat indifferent to taking orders but food (at the bar) very nice. I stayed here for business reasons and pricing is on par with what you would expect to pay for this size property.

Stayed here on the 28/02 paid £108 for room and only to be kept awake all night with the sounds of an extractor fan outside my window, when I finally got to sleep was rudely awakened by workmen at 06:30 refurbishing a room opposite drilling and banging, shower only let out a trickle of water, would not stay here again

This is a mercurial hotel because it has some excellent and some dreary features. Let's start with the excellent side. Staff are super friendly and helpful which is a nice welcome after a long drive. The food is very good and breakfast was excellent. For a hotel on a bleak industrial estate area it has a great gym, small but...

For £160 for one night I didn't expect to have to flush the toilet on arrival, have a shower head at shoulder height with water that pulses between a dribble and then even less, which I didn't think possible, and a bath with rust in it.... oh and a TV with no remote. I will be going back to the...

This has always been a friendly hotel - the refurb (still ongoing to some of the accommodation) but complete in the public areas has given it a real face-lift. Restaurant, Lobby, Bar have all improved tremendously - the pool and gym are a nice added bonus.

So I enjoyed my night, slept well, however when I went down for breakfast I requested "stack of thick fluffy" pancakes as described on the menu, when they arrived there was 1 extremely thin pancake on the plate that was not as described, the only thing thick and fluffy was the waitress!
