Stopped here a couple of times. Check in is quick. Rooms are always clean. You can hear a little bit of traffic noise from the room if you’re facing the road.

The only negatives are that the front main door wasn’t locked throughout the night (I feel like it should be for safety for guests and staff). And check out is at 11 but cleaners are banging on your door before that even with the do not disturb sign on so you can’t relax for the last 10-15 minutes or so.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the room . Excellent value for money and a great bed for the night . There was plenty of room to park the car .
We would definitely use again as a stop over point.

We enjoyed our stay at this no frills, no hassle hotel. Room was a decent size and you didn't feel cramped, or that you were in danger of stubbing your toe every time you moved. Bed was comfortable, if a little hard tho and quite a few of the channels on the tv failed due to poor reception. Other than that, you can expect a nice, quiet, clean base for whatever brings you to this neck of the woods.

Absolute joke of a hotel me and my partner thought we'd book somewhere so we could get away for a few nights what a mistake this was. We booked it because It was a great price however on check in the woman was rude to us when we asked her a simple question. Me and my partner went out and arrived back around 11pm however the front door was locked and we spent 20 minutes ringing the buzzer no one was answering it was as if they had fallen to sleep well my question is what happens if there was a fire in the hotel and your reception staff member is asleep?? Avoid this hotel at all costs

Spotlessly clean, obliging host and if you are lucky you can see rabbits in the field behind, out of the rear rooms windows. It used to be a Travel Lodge and the beds are roomy and comfy. A short walk along the road takes you to Webbs Garden Centre, a huge place with food counters like Waitrose. Opposite is a fishing & boating lake, ducks & swans and a delightful cafe with real leaf tea overlooking the lake. What a find!

Nice and easy this one. I paid to stay there for 2 week's. When I arrived this told me didn't have room for me sent me away. For saying won't pay me back. Crooks do not go near this place in future. That's all I got to review on as didn't get past reception for £480

Stopped one night on the way to Cornwall to break up the long journey. I was dubious about the reasonable price but I shouldnt of been. The hotel was really clean, excellent room. We had a family room, extra large bed and a child bed in the room for our toddler. Peaceful comfortable. Would definitely use the hotel again. Friendly staff upon arrival to greet us. Fantastic.

worst hotel ever room wasnt sanitizered even though there meant to be espically due to current circumstances, bed looked asif it was pulled and not changed, woman on reception kept calling me babe so unprofessional which me and my Mrs thought was disgusting, we also heard shouting on the car park when we looked out the window was disgusted to see a member of the housekeeping team being called a thief by another guest and the manager of the hotel didnt ever support his member of staff. we spoke to the housekeeper called Maria who was such a lovely woman and one of the nicest housekeepers we've met while visiting family in bromsgrove, absoulty gob smacked that the manager there doesn't support these hard working staff members should be ashamed of himself and as for the beds being pulled and rooms sanitizered its just terrible wouldn't recomened at all.
