Staying in the Chinz room lovely view. One problem no shower just on taps. Bed was large and comfy no problems sleeping. Breakfast nice good variety with lots to choose from. Squeaky floorboards in the corridor

Lovely ancient building with lots of charm. The bedroom we had (Earls room) was very large with a grand bed and an antique wardrobe as big as a garage! The staff are very attentive and friendly. Its a great place to stay and far better value than the chain hotels in Bromsgrove. Good breakfast. Make sure if its a nice...

Spent one night here for our anniversary. What a lovely place. We were welcomed enthusiastically by Scott who gave us all the necessary information about our stay. The 'Music' room was fabulous and beautifully decorated and it was lovely and peaceful as well. We had a minor issue with the tv in the room and the owner kindly replaced it...

Had a one night stay here. Staff couldn't have been more helpful - one person even picked up a paper for us on her way to work. Warm friendly reception and fantastic breakfast. Some areas a bit dated, but all clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing

I had a one night stay over en route to the north. What a great find......it's a little gem. It's a wonderful, old Manor House with great room. Breakfast. Was supposed to,start at 7.30am, but when I turned up 7.15am, the staff smiled and nothing was a problem. I'll certainly be returning. Superb value too.

Visited 20 years ago and enjoyed an elegant, stylish, well run hotel with excellent service. Visited in January 2017 to find excellent food in a disappointingly refurbished dining room. Was expecting knowledgeable service from the gin bar that was not forthcoming and period furnishings in the restaurant, which we later discovered in a stunning room that used to be the...

Ate in restaurant this week for the annual 'Indian Festival'. Food was okay, but no better than anything you can get in any of the several Indian restaurants within five miles. The restaurant is old fashioned with very tired looking furnishings/decor, cold and draughty with a single gas fire to heat a large room. Young staff very polite but service...

Grafton Manor is a beautiful building with some great features, so I can understand why people want to have their weddings there. However, our room was tired and in need of upgrading. The avocado shower suite was old and the shower was old and very slow. We actually cut short our stay as we really didn't think it was worth...

We were visiting the area for a family celebration so stayed at the Grafton Manor on a bed and breakfast basis. We booked the Garden View Suite as it was not all that much more than standard rooms. The hotel is in a quiet location down a narrow lane and on arrival we were surprised at the size of our...
