Firstly I have sent this feedback to the Manager directly. Not had a response since submitting in December 2016 Despite following it up 3-4 times and being reassured he would get back to me so clearly not too concerned about putting things right when they go wrong. We have stayed previously at Cantley House Hotel over the last ten years...

Loved this place, the food the staff and room were all above expectation. A place I would be more than happy to bring the mrs along to for a romantic break. Location and grounds were very. Only downside was a large hole in the carpark that was full of water, as that was the only parking space left i got...

We've visited many times and will stay again. It's a beautiful country mansion in lovely gardens and surroundings. The place is generally quiet except when the hosting a wedding. The restaurant is excellent although occasionally rather limited in range. The rooms are huge and we always stay in ones that open out onto the garden: in the mornings you open...

The building is lovely... We were given a room on the top floor. While we loved the building itself and the location is good, there were problems with our room which were not resolved. The sink was blocked which made it extremely difficult to use the tap, it was blocked with hair, and even brushing our teeth with a trickle...

We had our civil ceremony and wedding reception here in January this year. Every part of the day was fabulous and this had a lot to do with the wonderful staff; in particular Angie, Dianne and Tony. There wasn't anything that was too much trouble and the day flowed wonderfully without us having to worry about a thing. The food...

We had champagne afternoon tea which was very good in quality and cost. We would certainly go again. They also do meals and are large enough to accommodate weddings and large parties, business conferences. The hotel can accommodate wheelchairs and disabled.

We booked the hotel due to family having there wedding there. The outside of the Hotel looked beautiful very characteristic, our room was large and clean with a lovely big bathroom. We had a door to go outside, with our own small terrace with table and chairs over looking some lovely gardens with a water feature. Sadly we could not...

I'd looked around at a lot of places for somewhere to take my best friend for afternoon tea. From their website you get the idea that it's quite grand, a 'proper English afternoon tea' if you like! But no, I was so disappointed. We walked into the main reception and the receptionist directed us down the hall and across the...

We were a few days of December 2016, our friends in England. We went to another city, a variety of restaurants and pubs. We asked them to show their rural England. So we went to the village of Wokingham, Cantley House Hotel Restaurant. Fantastic location, beautiful place. Very cozy! Just we had dinner at the restaurant. The staff was very...
