Very helpful and friendly hosts. I came with my elderly mother and Maj went out of her way to make it as suitable as possible. We each had our own room with ensuite and everything was so clean and lovely, a nice place to come "home" to after a long day sightseeing around the island each day. Just a couple...

Stayed at Ballacowell bed at breakfast, they serve a good breakfast and we have stayed in two of the rooms and they were both lovely. I would recommend it! We have been here a number of times in the past & have always been satisfied with the service that we have received, a nice friendly family.

From first arriving we were made to feel extremely welcome by our hostess Maj. The room we had was fresh, clean and modern and plenty of homely touches such as fresh flowers and we returned to find fresh milk each evening. The breakfast choice was good with good quality produce and Manx kippers on request. Nothing seemed too much trouble....

Fantastic B&B, ideally placed for the Isle of Man TT on the fastest part of the course, just up from the Sulby crossroads. Great breakfast, served by our host Maj. On the first days racing, we sat in the front garden and watched the stars of road racing go past at the best part of 200 miles an hour just...

We were given a warm welcome by Maj (Pronounced 'My') and offered tea and biscuits in the comfortable lounge - one end of the long breakfast room - which we were invited to regard as ours for the duration of our stay. It was very much appreciated - and not only for the large windows offering a spectacular view of...

At very short notice I gave them a ring to see if they could put us up and thank goodness they were able to fit us in. A very warm and hospitable welcome and we had a very spacious and spotlessly clean room with a superb en suite bathroom. Totally faultless hospitality and we were made very much to feel...

This is my third trip to Ballacowell - most definitely my 1st choice of place to stay on the Isle of Man. This time I stayed in the twin room, previous trips were the double. Received a very warm welcome from Maj who offered me a pot of tea on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great power shower!...
