What a delightful place. Splendid views from the immaculately-kept farmhouse, comfortably furnished and fully equipped bedrooms, quiet, clean (inside anyway, the farmyard can get a bit muddy) and cosy. Excellent cooked breakfasts featuring the farm's own eggs, proper bread and Helen's home-made jams and marmalade. Expect a friendly welcome from several assorted dogs and, of course, Helen and Robert, who...

The perfect B & B. Quiet, clean, comfortable and with a lovely welcome from Helen Reeve. Idyllic views and located on a working farm. Top knotch breakfasts and with a good pub restaurant (The New Inn at Moreleigh) within walking distance. What more could you want?

We stayed here for a few nights in March, and could not fault it. It was all you could want from a farmhouse B&B, a lovely owner, good breakfast, secluded and a great view of the Devon countryside. It was also within easy driving distance of Kingsbridge and the South Devon coast.

My room was super comfortable with its modern ensuite bathroom, adequate heating which I could control, and TV. I slept really well every night. Although it's a working farm, it's quiet. The sunrise from my Yellow Room was stunning, and the walks in the area are really lovely. The owner Helen Reeve cooks a generous breakfast every morning, and is...

Also made us very comfortable in the evenings before we wandered to the nearby...

A lovely view from our room over beautiful Devon countryside, including free range chickens. Large, attractive conservatory dining room with views into the garden and beyond. Watch the birds as you eat. Excellent full English breakfast, including porridge...

This is our second stay here, and we love the peaceful country setting, but it is still close to Dartmouth, Slapton and Totnes. All the little extras you get in good hotel you get here. Like toiletries in the shower room, tea /coffee making facilities with biscuits in room. Local information. Hairdryer, sewing kit, and more. The beds are so...

We have just returned from a two night stay at this lovely working farm. There are no negatives to be had, from our lovely room with its comfy bed, thoughtful touches like a bar of chocolate on the tea/coffee tray, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush available for a very small fee if you've forgotten to bring yours, and a torch to...

Four adults visited last August(2011). The location is rural and located in beautiful countryside, It is part of a working dairy farm and all the more charming for that. Our room was modern and comfortable with splendid views. Our hospitable hostess provided a superb breakfast that set us up for the entire day. Dartmouth Regatta was the reason for our...
