Simple, comfortable hostel at the ferry-harbour. Nice people. Breakfast or if you like you can help yourself in a well equipped kitchen. You decide if you rent bed-line or use your own. Good free Wi-Fi. Free parking. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood.

We booked the stay through booking.com, but unfortunately booking.com was not working and all hotels in Frederikshavn did not get the bookings. As we arrived later than usual we called to check that we could get the key. They had not received the booking but managed to find us a room in a fully booked hostel. The room was nice...

Positives: We stayed here having come off the ferry. Very easy to find and just off the shopping precinct. Although a hostel, the room was spotlessly clean. We had a room with a private bathroom which was simple but efficient. Breakfast was minimal but tasty. Staff were also very pleasant. For the price we paid, I was very happy. Negatives:...

Really nice - definitely better than what I was expecting for a hostel! Straight away the staff/owners were really friendly. Showed us all the best places to visit as well as putting up with our last minute booking amendment request. The room was a good size, with a private bathroom. The room had bunk beds with ladders which would be...

We spent a couple of nights at this hostel, and it was the only hostel we used on our summer trip by car. We were a bit skeptical to a hostel, but it was a very nice stay. We had a very ok room, with our own bathroom. The bathroom could need an upgrade, but it worked for us. The...

Owner is friendly and the linen is clean. Location is good, in the centre of town close to all amenities and services. Breakfast has to be bought separately and is expensive however, and the rooms are spartan and worn. Also a bit pricey for my liking. For one night it's probably okay, but not much more than that.

The hostel is very central, station and ferry as well as bars and restaurant within easy reach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and there is a nice guest kitchen. Rather expensive, though, but still the best option in Frederikshavn.

This nice hostel is in the very core of the city, and just 5 min from the harbour where the ferry from/to Sweden arrives/leaves. The owner of the place is a friendly, nice man who takes really good care of his guest. The parking is just outside the building and it is free. Wifi connection is ensured in every room....

We came late so we had to call a phone number on the door to get a code to open a box to get our keys. There was also a card to put on your car so you can use their car park. The common area was pleasent with lots of tables and chairs for everyone, in the morning we...

We were staying in the biggest room (for 12) which has entrance from the main hall and its own terrace on the backside of the building. Not too much space for 12 ladies with motorcycle gear, I can say! The room was clean and beds ok. The key was waiting for us in a box since we arrived so late...
