Stayed here with a contiki trip. Decent walk from a train station that pops you out in Venice, and there is a decent restaurant next door. A friend on the trip had his money stolen out of his room here, but he also didn't have it locked up.

This hotel is only a short walk to the Venice train station. The hotel is ideally situated and has free parking if required. The breakfast was very good for a Continental. The room was basic with a small shower closet and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on.For value as a walk in I... More

Clean, tidy, good shower, included bathroom supplies, really comfortable bed, mini fridge. FREE wifi everywhere!! Tiny elevator that only fit 2 people and bags so most people used stairs, is only 3 floors do not much. Very quiet location restaurant downstairs and they can do breakfast aswell.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, staff were excellent. Breakfast was ok, been offered olives and tomatoes since we visited there with a turkish tour agency. Normally Italian breakfast doesn't cover those kind of things. Room space was adequate , only issue was that the shower area was very little and quantity of water and its mechanisms... More

* Stayed here on a Contiki tour. Location is okay. It's not inside the Venice proper but it's only a train ride away * The concept inside is quite unique, and puzzling in a good way. It adds mystery. It's cute * Our dinner was delicious and filling * Clean rooms Overall a good stay

Loved the Italia town of Quarto D'Altino. Clean budget hotel located within 15 minute walking distance of Quarto D'Altino train station (you can take 20 minute train to venice from here). There is nice pizzeria next door and a supermarket within 200 meters.

This hotel was lovely, the overnight receptionist was great we could see her multitasking away - preparing breakfast, handling reception and providing bar service and opening the door for those whose roommates had the keys. The hotel is situated in a lovely area with a small amount of amenities around such as the bank, pharmacy and a few other shops.... More

Basic hotel in Quarto D'Altino, a quiet town. The Ambra has a no frills attitude, and is popular with the young people of Contiki and visiting groups of choir singers, based on our four night stay here. The rooms are small and clean. There is air con and a simple continental breakfast. The train station is walking distance away with... More
