Detailed Reviews
This is a great campsite all pitches have a bathroom on each site with plenty of hot water . Very friendly staff. Bus stops outside the campsite and 10 minutes into city centre for €1.10 each way. Pool not open on our visit. Great value at €21 per night including electricity, 4 nights for price of 3.

We thought it was magnificent that in each plot there is a bathroom, shower, hose, sink for one house!!! They have a restaurant with a good menu for 12 euros and they treat you very well, you have to bring cash for laundry and some things.
Pool is great with plenty of shade

Amazed when we arrived to find if we stayed 4 nights we were only charged for 3 nights. All pitches had a lockable private wet room with sink, shower and WC. We felt truly spoilt. Outside was a sink with potable water and a separate hose for washing down the motorhome. There is also a bus service into Caceres on the hour and every half hour. Without doubt the largest pool we have encountered in Spain and the restaurant offered good food at special rates for campers. Would have given 5 stars but for the fact that it is a little isolated unless you have transport.

Campsite east to find off A66.
Tiered plots each with their own toilet/shower/wash up area. Outside sink for washing up not very hygienic. Shower ok but with no step or shower curtain the whole floor gets wet. Recommend you wear flip flops in shower as floor very cold.
Plots can be narrow with little room for an awning. My first impression is that it’s not a site where people stay other than a few days.
€1.20 bus ride gets you into centre of town where a 10 minute walk gets you to Old Town, which is probably the best of its type in the whole of Spain. Buildings from 15th century and beyond still complete. Didn’t see any ruins, it’s all so amazing.
On site restaurant offers reasonably priced meals with some local dishes and pizza. Drinks in restaurant very cheap.
Gate opens at 8.00 but quiet time is 00.00 to 08.00hrs. However we found it to be a quiet site.

Great campsite and reception staff. Clean and pleasant - great idea that every plot has its own private facilities including shower, basin, toilet, and drinking water with a hose for filling up tanks.
Where they let themselves down is in the restaurant. Tired and hungry we headed down there. The staff were bordering on hostile and the food was barely edible. Our food arrived barely before the ink was dry on the waiter’s pad - I think it probably came out of tins and was microwaved. An unhappy experience. Stay but don’t eat!

We stayed for 2 nights to shade and rest from a sudden increase in temperature whilst travelling for 2 months in Spain. The site was a bit uncared for, cigarette butts around and facilities that need updating but not to concerned as it was a convenient location. I was extremely upset that on the 2nd night they would not let me have water for our very thirsty and well behaved labrador whilst having a drink at the bar on site in 27C. I managed to literally beg for a small paper cup and then had to ask twice to put water in it. I tried an ashtray because the cup was narrow and the man snatched the ash tray from my dogs mouth. It really upset me. I said that I would review this and they said, carry on, so what. Not happy at all about this experience.

In this campsite next to Caceres city they try very hard to offer what they have with good service, cleanliness and good care. For families, passing people and even permanent homes. Attention very good reception. Educated people who do their jobs professionally.

The campsite offers services at the level of a good hotel, with the charm of camping in an open-air environment and at the same time in the heart of the monumental city such as Cáceres. Swimming pool open from May to October, spacious and comfortable bungalows. Each Camping pitch with its own bathroom!! Pleasant and decisive staff, they make you feel at home. Great restaurant and cafe. In short everything! We loved it and we will return for sure!!

I needed to change my booking for a room giving them 6 days notice but that wasn't good enough they have refused to refund me. The attitude has been dismissive and disinterested. If I wanted to change the booking for a week later but they wanted 15 euros more per night and there is a 2 night minimum. The barman cum restaurant server is an unbelievably miserable man. Simply go somewhere else this is a business living in a period 30 years ago and think they don't have to help customers once they have your money

My wife and I chose this site simply because, in January, it was one of the few open. However, having been booked in by a charming young lady who spoke excellent English, we were amazed to discover that the pitch was, effectively, a fully-serviced pitch, with a private toilet and wet-room.
If we hadn't been on a tight schedule, we would happily have spent another couple of nights there.
However, be sure that you have a suitable adaptor for the electric hook-up, as the only sockets are the Spanish type. Having said that, such adaptors are available for purchase at Reception.
