The Hotel Barceló Cáceres V Centenario was a perfect choice for our visit to Cáceres by car. The hotel is only a ten minute drive from the centre, which made it very comfortable to get to Bishop Galarza Parking and explore the city without worrying about traffic or parking availability.
We loved the free buffet for breakfast, which was generous and varied, ideal to start the day with energy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room size was really large, allowing us to rest and relax after our sightseeing days. Completely renovated hotel located outside the old city. Rooms are average size, well equipped and generally quiet. The day we checked in the hotel was busy and seemed full. When booking the hotel I asked for a room far from the elevator and to our surprise I got a room stuck against the elevator; quite a bad experience the elevator was noisy all night and we barely slept. The second day I asked to be moved and of course we were moved to a more quiet area. Breakfast is of standard assortment with availability of fresh orange juice. Outside parking is very very limited and the hotel has set an exorbitant price of 25 euros for inside parking, a price more expensive than parking in the old city.

We held our wedding banquet here on 10/08 and many of our guests stayed here, and all they have is praise for all the staff, both reception, kitchen, waiters, cleaning...
