We'd booked our trip across the Pyrenees (Girona, Andorra, Jaka, Pamplona, San Sebastian) months before and so had even forgotten that the Oroel had a pool. But we all took a welcome dip (and spent a while in the Jacuzzi) after our long drive from Andorra and the fantastic drive down into town from the mountains - staggering views! The... More

A 3 star hotel which is absolutely a treat. Outstanding staff. A great welcome. Our 3 person room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The rooms are exactly as depicted in their promotional photos. we stayed one night and came back the next because it was so pleasant. Excellent value for money

Driving from France we were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel at this price. The location just a frew minutes form the cathedral and historic downtown is another plus. On the other hand ,the bathroom is a big negative when the room was very large and space does not seem to be limiting. We also had a top floor room,... More

Stayed overnight on our return trip from France. The hotel is roomy and reasonably priced. Our room could sleep 4, with a pull down sofa but for 2 there was lots of space. The only fault with the room was the size of the bathroom. Having a wet shave in the morning was in a space only about 75cms (30... More

We liked the location, views over pyrenees. The rooms were massive, with balcony. Great value for money. private parking. We had dinner in the hotel which was a menu del dia/noche at 14.90 euros, 3 courses and drink. Very good food. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and far better than the french hotels we had stayed in for... More

This is another hotel which gives little away from the road! Our room on the eighth floor was of a good size , containing all we required plus a very comfortable settee and table and chairs for four people. We did not eat in the restaurant as we were hungry from our long journey and did not want to wait... More

We stayed for three nights in a package tour. The premises were fine, clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool was not in service, due to the season, so no report on it. The restaurant served Spanish food, as can be expected, and it was wholesome and plentiful, though nothing to rave about. Since we were one of three package... More

I stayed here for one week whilst working in the area on business. I was staying in a twin room on the top floor. The room was large with sloping roof with two large velux windows in. The room felt stale and the furniture did not fill the room. On a few evenings we had very heavy rain, this was... More

We arrived from the south and saw the hotel on our left. I took the access road next to the hotel, but when I had driven the length of it, I realised the car park must be somewhere else. It is under the hotel and the access gate is just before the hotel entrance. You need to park in front... More
