We have been going to this Hotel for fifteen years, its always been exemplary, until this year in September, what went wrong, we made the mistake of booking All Inclusive, which was far from all inclusive, what was included was confusing at best, food availability was poor, included drinks were minimal, I most certainly not recommend doing All Inclusive, waste of money, better to do pay as you go, you will probably end up paying any way so you may as well save the All Inclusive cost, Breakfast passable, not as good as previous years, evening meals passable if you want Pasta based food, otherwise minimal British type foods, Cant fault the staff, many have been there for many years, on site management generally good, they stated they only provide what Tui requests, All Inclusive snacks and all day food provision really poor, I can recommend Hotel but only book Half Board.

Hotel's Favourite
For us the Greek Islands will always be our go to place, our typical venue is normally bungalows away from the main hotel but there was nothing similar offered by Tui in Rhodes so with some interpretation we booked this hotel. We need not have worried...from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and our room was spotlessly clean with everything we expected from this class of hotel. The staff (everyone of them) were friendly, efficient and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. Shout outs to the restaurant team and the evening bar staff, you all went above and beyond so thank you one and all. We had a room on the 4th floor, sea view, which we recommend...views across the bay and the sunrise must be seen, also late afternoon it is in shade so great to relax after a day in the sun before dinner. Lindos Town at night is a must, find the Courtyard bar as it has the best views. Rhodes Town tour is also worth every euro...amazing guide and so much history. Lots to do during the day with boats, paddle boards etc but also great to relax by the pool or on the beach. Never an issue with sunbeds so forget setting the alarm for silly o'clock. Dinner at the culinarium was delicious and you have to take advantage of the free visit during your stay....food and service was amazing. Ice cream beside the pool from the tea shop will not disappoint either. Hotel manager was visible every single day and the most approachable guy you could ever meet...on one day he led every member of staff out to the far end of the beach and all of them walked from one end to the other picking up anything that shouldn't really be left on the beach, very impressive and I have to commend all of them for thier active support in looking after our planet, thier country and thier place of work. So much to see and do on the island and worth speaking with the Marathon hire car guy in the hotel to get a great deal to explore further afield. Only small gripe was the standard of the Tui reps...to be honest, they weren't too much help and if I'm honest most of what they said at the meet and greet didn't ring true...do your own thing and I'm sure you'll work it out. Fantastic holiday, hotel, people, staff and the island itself....thank you all so much for every thing you did to make our stay just perfect, we know it's 'just your job" but your job made us feel welcome. If we ever return to Rhodes we will definitely stay here again.

This was the third time we have been to this hotel and we were disappointed. The beach location is wonderful and we had amazing weather. However we were disappointed with the quality and choice of the food. When we first visited this hotel the food was the thing that impressed us most. The choice of cereal at breakfast was poor. Coco pops at an adult only hotel is strange. The cornflakes were awful and turned to greasy mush when you added milk. We generally enjoy a salad dish to start dinner but there was never any cold fish or meat, and not even a hard boiled egg for protein. The cooked food was predominately pork and a variety of pasta dishes with no show cooking. There was never Moussaka on the evening buffet and not even on the “Greek” evening we spoke to one gentleman who had stayed for 4 weeks and never saw Moussaka on the buffet. Dolmades were on the breakfast buffet once and once on the evening buffet. There was a predominance of cold meats and cheese at breakfast and we felt the food now seems to be geared to Northern European tastes. We go to Greece to eat Greek food. As said in other reviews the bathrooms are in urgent need of refurbishment. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and worked very hard. The entertainment was mixed. Our first evening was spent trying to avoid a very loud DJ playing heavy base music as if in a night club. There was a white evening which was bizarre and very few people participated in it. There was a casino night which again was another non event. The other 3 nights of the entertainment were good. Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this hotel which is very sad as we had thought we had found something really special.

Excellent beach location and a very comfortable bed. We really liked the two restaurants which were a 10 minute walk from the hotel serving lovely Greek food with enthusiastic service. The pool was nice and clean but we didn’t have the opportunity to sunbathe round the pool as there were never any spare loungers so spent all our time on the beach. We thought it was unusual not to have a bar service on the beach. It’s great that there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel to take you into Lindos. The bathrooms need an urgent update - ours did not have a curtain or a/c so it was always unpleasantly hot. The plastic toiletries were poor quality and the bath was very difficult to get in and out of. The gym was disappointing as the equipment is limited and you have to make a prior booking to use it - perhaps this is why it was always empty. Unfortunately we found the food at the hotel very disappointing. One night the main meal was basic salad, sausages, meatloaf, powdered mash, frozen fish and frozen veg and a limited range of desserts. It was a very different experience from other hotels we have stayed at and not the authentic Greek experience we were hoping for. Breakfast was also lacklustre. There was no maitre de to show you to your table, the “fried eggs” were rubbery and for some reason there was a selection of frozen mixed veg on offer. There was no egg chef which we again thought was unusual for a 4* hotel. Most guests plates at breakfast consisted of bread to make sandwiches for their lunch. The hotel does not provide dinking water in your room each day and even when you switch the do not disturb sign on, the cleaners weirdly still make up your room. Maybe it has been a very long season, but we found the staff very casual and poorly trained. We have been travelling to Greece for over 20 years and this is one of the most disappointing trips we’ve had. But as I said the beach is lovely …………

We were upgrated to this hotel from our original hotel Lindos White. We stayed here from 22nd October early morning hours till 27th October morning. I have to say that this was probably my best / most flawless vacation / hotel stay ever. From spacious and clean! rooms (and I am very focused on the cleanliness of the hotels I stay at), housekeeping doing perfectly their job every time we asked them to (put the sign on the door) to the beautiful beach being 50 metres from the hotel, free beach towels and free beach beds. We had all inclusive package, so, we had an access to delicious international meals and drinks throughout the day. There was a bus coming right in front of the hotel which takes you to Lindos village for 1.8 euro per person. Always came on time. Location calm and for us great but still being in Lindos in 10 minutes. Cats everywhere. 🤩🤩🤩 Beach and sea beautiful, swim shoes recommended. Nice pebble beach. Staff was great, from cooks, waiters and waitresses, through the front desk to our all time favorite bartender Maria working at the main bar at the hotel lobby. Always smile on her face, willing to go the extra mile and preparing the most delicious drinks! Thank you all for a perfect engagement stay! P.S. And I said yes. 😉

My girlfriend and I initially were not going to be at TUI Blue, but we were actually upgraded to it. I can state that staying here was one of the best experiences we both had. We enjoyed our chance to meet the staff as well as make time by the beautiful sea. It was truly the perfect place for us to stay, and especially for me the perfect place to plan to ask my girlfriend to marry me. The service was lovely, front desk was extremely helpful with whatever questions we had, and our All Intensive package was better then what we could expect. Food was delicious and the staff were wonderful to speak to when we could. I would simply give this experience a 10 out of 10, but I have to say that the bartender that we had at the main bar in the evening named Maria excelled that score to a 100/10. While the full stock bar is a wonderful addition, Maria's personality, antitude, and kindness is one to be commended. She's the type of person that me and my fiance met are hoping to meet again in the near future because of the beautiful impression she left on us. TUI Blue at Lindos Bay, thank you so much for making our experience a rememberable one and we hope to visit again in the near future!

Spent a week here mid October. I believe everything here shuts down end of next week and it shows in the shops as running stock low which is understandable. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach (beach shoes recommended) the rooms are a good size although could do with being updated. The evening meal is good and varied. Only downsides are there is nothing in the area except for hotels and 2 supermarkets. And the hot food at breakfast quality is really poor, the continental food is ok though.

An absolutely stunning hotel right on the beach. The rooms were well equipped and kept beautifully clean by the cleaning staff. The food was of a really high standard, plenty of choice and superb service. The waiting staff were friendly and efficient but a special mention must be made of Maria in the dining room who was always pleasant and chatty and went that extra mile to make us feel valued. The reception staff were helpful and informative and are a great credit to the establishment. The complimentary meal at The Culinarium restaurant was 5☆ plus. The beach with it's complimentary sunbeds and sun umberellas offered clear blue sea, perfect for swimming and snorkeling (beach shoes recommended). A lovely relaxing resort and looking forward to a return visit. Thank you!

The Tui Blue Lindos Bay is a standard Tui Blue for Two hotel in a quiet resort outside Lindos. It caters for our European cousins more than UK guests. This is particularly true in the choices and selection of food in the dining room. More pasta and pastries for dinner. The hotel offers an all inclusive option, with local drinks available. If you are on AI and require premium drinks, they are at a discount of 1 Euro off the regular bar price. Lunch is available on half board for 20 Euro per person. The AI price is a little under 50 Euro per day. The reception staff were always very helpful and any problems were resolved efficiently. Whether it was because it was nearing the end of a difficult season, what with the fires earlier in the year, or just tired, it was hard to find a smile around. The notable exceptions were Fernandes and Maria in the lobby bar, and Magda and Sofia in the main restaurant. Keep an eye on what drinks you are being served at the pool bar. I asked for a Tanquerey gin and tonic and was brought a local gin. I complained and was told several times it was Tanquerey. It was not Tanquerey. I asked to see the bottle - they couldn't produce one as it has run out some days before. The bedrooms are clean and tidy, but the mattresses need replacing. The bathrooms have showers over the bath, which for some (including me) was a struggle to use. The towels are disgraceful. I have better rags in my garage. And they are as coarse as 40 grade sandpaper. At least they were good exfoliators. The beach is grit and small pebbles. Beach shoes are a must. Beach towels are provided and can be changed every two days. There is plenty of shade available at the beach, which was needed as the temperature exceeded 100f every day on our first week (from 16 Sept). If you don't want to take lunch in the hotel, there are two tavernas / restaurants a ten minute walk down the beach. We preferred the Azzuro where the menu was good and prices reasonable. It is worth doing the Symi trip, and to take the day cruise on Captain Manolis boat for 30 Euro for a 6 hour cruise along the coast, past Lindos to St Pauls Bay and to the cliffs of Navarone. Then north to the red sand beach to meet Marco the friendly goat that likes to eat banana skins. Lunch can be taken at Manolios restaurant in Hakari at the next stop, then back. The boat pulls up right onto the beach in front of the hotel. All in all an OK stay. Maybe it is us getting weary of the Tui Blue brand, as we tend to use it for the adults only format. If only Sensatori were adult only... Finally an apology to the Rainham girls. I didn't understand the AI format sufficiently well. You knew what you were doing all along. Sorry nan.

Just spent a week in Tui Blu Lindos Bay, hotel is great and food was brilliant, the restaurant staff worked so hard and always had a smile, even during a power cut they battled on like true troopers. We had a first floor seaview room which was well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had an over bath shower which was a bit tired and flooded the floor towels are a bit scratchy but were changed whenever we wanted. Bus service from the hotel was good, if you go into Lindos go after lunch when it’s less crowded. We hired a car from the Marathon Car Rental in reception so toured the island. Rhodes Town is amazing but busy. All in all no complaints a good holiday in a good hotel.
