Relaxing daytimes by the pool or in the spa with the beach only a stones throw away. Live entertainment in the evenings was just great beside the pool and bar. Easy access to the beautiful town of Lindos. The staff and management at Tui Blue Lindos Bay were always kind and friendly and on hand to help with anything. Will definitely be returning.
For us the Greek Islands will always be our go to place, our typical venue is normally bungalows away from the main hotel but there was nothing similar offered by Tui in Rhodes so with some interpretation we booked this hotel. We need not have worried...from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and our room was spotlessly clean with everything we expected from this class of hotel. The staff (everyone of them) were friendly, efficient and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. Shout outs to the restaurant team and the evening bar staff, you all went above and beyond so thank you one and all. We had a room on the 4th floor, sea view, which we recommend...views across the bay and the sunrise must be seen, also late afternoon it is in shade so great to relax after a day in the sun before dinner. Lindos Town at night is a must, find the Courtyard bar as it has the best views. Rhodes Town tour is also worth every euro...amazing guide and so much history. Lots to do during the day with boats, paddle boards etc but also great to relax by the pool or on the beach. Never an issue with sunbeds so forget setting the alarm for silly o'clock. Dinner at the culinarium was delicious and you have to take advantage of the free visit during your stay....food and service was amazing. Ice cream beside the pool from the tea shop will not disappoint either. Hotel manager was visible every single day and the most approachable guy you could ever meet...on one day he led every member of staff out to the far end of the beach and all of them walked from one end to the other picking up anything that shouldn't really be left on the beach, very impressive and I have to commend all of them for thier active support in looking after our planet, thier country and thier place of work. So much to see and do on the island and worth speaking with the Marathon hire car guy in the hotel to get a great deal to explore further afield. Only small gripe was the standard of the Tui reps...to be honest, they weren't too much help and if I'm honest most of what they said at the meet and greet didn't ring true...do your own thing and I'm sure you'll work it out. Fantastic holiday, hotel, people, staff and the island itself....thank you all so much for every thing you did to make our stay just perfect, we know it's 'just your job" but your job made us feel welcome. If we ever return to Rhodes we will definitely stay here again.…
An excellent place to relax and unwind. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and the food was lovely. I was travelling with my elderly mum and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating anything we needed. The facilities were really good and we both enjoyed an amazing hot stone massage in the spa. Of an evening there was a good selection of live musical entertainment and the cocktail menu was extensive and the mixology exquisite! On the days when you wanted a change of scenery the beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the bus stop into Lindos town is just outside the front door. It couldn’t be a more perfect holiday destination!
We have visited Lindos many times but not in the Vlycha area. We had such a lovely time here. From the moment we arrived and entered our sea view room we felt relaxed. All the staff were very friendly the food varied and delicious. Everywhere was kept immaculately clean. The hotel is in a great position right next to the beach. Easy to travel to Lindos by local bus or taxi if you wish. We would definitely return a sea view room is a must!
I came here with my boyfriend for 8 days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel was right on the beach which had several boat trips and water sport activities, they also had sun loungers for the hotel guests. The food was a wide range with different choices each day afternoon and evening. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, they looked after us all week and they were always happy. The room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was always clean. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend. We will be coming back, it was 5 mins away from the lindons town which had several shops and you could either get a bus or a taxi.
We had a wonderful weeks stay here. The hotel is stylish with very cheerful staff and is well worth its star rating. We were half board and overall the food was good with plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner. If you went to dinner early it did get busy at the buffet so we tried to wait an hour or so after it opened when it was much quieter and still the full choice of food available. If your stay is a week or more you are offered the chance to dine from the hotels a la carte restaurant on one night. This was wonderful with superb food and service and a lovely beachside setting. For people wanting entertainment laid on there were activities every night ranging from live music to games nights. If these are not your thing there are lots of other options like the pool bar or simply enjoying the view from your balcony. You can step from the hotel onto the shingle beach where there are plenty of sunbeds free of use for hotel guests making relaxing days east. …
I had a fantastic time at Lindos Bay! My boyfriend and I stayed there for one week, and even though the hotel is nice and the beach is amazing, the staff really made our stay. We booked the half pension with breakfast and dinner at the buffet, and were greeted each day by Kyriakos Chatzikostas whose energy can only be described as magnetic sunshine. Everyone was so friendly, but Kyriakos and Sofia really made us look forward to breakfast and dinner every day :) We also had dinner at the Culinarium, the hotel's a la carte restaurant, were we had one free meal and were we returned a few days later to celebrate my birthday. The food and the ambiance were fantastic, we booked the gazebo and had the lobster pasta which we will never forget (incredibly delicious, the chef really outdid himself!), but one of the highlights was being waited on by Maria and Dimitris. They were so forthcoming and considerate, a great team and hugely responsible for our lovely evening. Other than that, the room we stayed in was nice and spacious, and even though we didn't book the seafront view we enjoyed it very much (The live music from the hotel across the street was fairly loud though, but it didn't go much past 11 pm). If you go make sure to pack a nice change of clothes for the Gala dinner (the dress code was black and white, though many guests unfortunately didn't really seem to have appropriate attire). We really enjoyed the food choices, ranging from delicious Greek cuisine to the standard pizza and pasta with nice twists, and a well stocked salad bar with amazing variety! Overall a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning again next year :) PS. Right next to the hotel's beach front we booked a boat tour with Captain Manolis, which gave us a fantastic view of the area and an overall incredible day. Highly recommend that too!…
When booking this hotel, i communicated with the manager in charge of rooms and asked for a high level room. upon arrival i met a receptionist who was immediately unfriendly and said “ There is no mention of you requesting a high floor room”? We stayed in a first floor room which was clean at least. The food even at breakfast was poor to say the least, evening meals were even less appealing- no excuse for such bland food at any price. The coffee shop and beach side restaurant were both surprisingly good and coupled with good beach access and decent sun loungers enabled us to enjoy some aspects of the hotel. We wouldn’t recommend or stay here again which is a shame.
Coffee Bar Waffles. Visited this place on a daily basis to sample the ice cream and waffles. Waffles made fresh by Cristina. Got to try them ! Cristina a great example of Greek friendliness. Set right next to the beach and the pool area of the hotel.
We visited this hotel for the first time with my husband and it was an amazing experience. We arrived late at night and we were welcomed with a refreshment and a cold towel upon our arrival. Our room had a magnificent view of the Aegean and the service was amazing as all of the staff were friendly and very attentive.
