Hotel service is excellent. Rooms are the perfect size for a weekend getaway if you plan on spending most of your time relaxing on the beach or sightseeing. Walking around Camogli and neighboring villages is easy with plenty of postcard views and picture opportunities. The hotel is close to everything....beach access, restaurants and a supermarket. Great hotel for a very...

Our hosts were lovely and very caring (you can ask them anything about Camogli and Liguria) but the rooms and especially the bath room need to be renovated. very authentic though. The location is awesome and the view out of our room was also nice. Air Conditioning was available.

The family that runs this hotel were the friendliest people we encountered in our entire 3 week journey in Italy! They were very helpful in everything including parking directly in front of the place. The breakfast was amazing that included fresh Focaccia from their hometown and be sure to ask for their famous cappuccino! Yum! The room had all the...

The Augusta was the perfect homebase for a long weekend we spent in Camogli. The owners, a family, are very kind and have a great sense of humor. The hotel is very cozy. The rooms are small but clean and there is everything you need (good beds etc.) We spent most time in the nearby beautiful old town and lifely...

Owners were very friendly & helpful. B&B was good value for money in a central location. Bedroom & bathroom very clean & could request clean towels daily. They also provided beach towels. Although the bathroom was small, the shower was excellent and the airconditioning fantastic! Continental breakfast was filling. Would definitely recommend this B&B if you're on a budget.

Great location. Super helful and charming owners. Lovely BnB in every way. The breakfast was delicious. They make a mean capucino. The rooms were on the rustic side but offered all the comforts we needed.

For those unused to Italian descriptions - this 'Albergo' is actually one floor (the first) of several rooms, with a reception area down at street level. The room we had was probably the best - towards the street but no sea view, as none of the others have either. Furniture is very simple but adequate, and the room was large...

My wife and I were married in Verona and have visited Italy 8 times in the past 25 years. This past September we made a tour of the northwest, Liguria. Picturesque Camogli draws lots of tourist but finding an affordable hotel can be challenging. We researched some well-reviewed spots and were dismayed by the $300+ nightly rates. Thankfully, we found...

Albergo Augusta is a very nice and family run hotel in Camogli. I have stayed there four times, and always had a very nice stay. The rooms are nice and quiet. Small bathromms, like most small italian hotels, but the Family who runs it is very helpfull and friendly. It is only 2 minutes to the Beach and town.

We stayed in Albergo Augusta in early july of 20014 – everything was great – such a nice family hotel. Perfect location – it’s much, much better than other hotels that stay close to the railway station. 3 minutes of walking to the beach, lots of small shops to buy food and other things. Service was perfect. The owners are...
