The Draak tells you more about Hollands culture i think than any book. It is just heaving with history and Dutch culture. Build hundreds of years ago and I'm sure survived many a disaster it really is a special hotel. The rooms are unique and each one special in its own way, if the walls could talk who would they...

I have stayed here twice. The hotel has modern rooms but the size varies significantly. Last time I had a huge room and this time it was cramped. However it was clean modern and functional. Shower was modern and had good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Hotel is very nicely located and is situated in an old building. This means that it has a lot of character but is not easy to get around with stairs and elevators everywhere. There is no parking and to get to the hotel is an absolute nightmare. All streets are one way and signposting is poor. The hotel offers parking...

The location of this hotel is in the center of the square where all activities happen. Nick, Luuk, Demi, Mony, Anneke, Serena (the friendly staff) were simply great and very helping. Sorry if I forget some of the staff names here. Overall, my stay was excellent and experienced a home-away-home experience. Thank you guys and keep up the great show.

Stayed in room 504 very nice and warm ,nice hotel ,friendly, easy and safe parking. Book direct with hotel was cheaper than through all those hotels .com sites. The only remark that I can comment on lounge a little dull and what bar does not have Worcester sauce for a Bloody Mary. Cannot comment on Hemingway restaurant seems very popular and...

We had a rather small room, and it was facing an internal courtyard where people were chatting very loudly until late in the night. As we had a lot of luggage, we would have appreciated some help carrying, but the receptionist informed us that they only do this if they have time. Unfortunately, they did not... Otherwise a nice hotel,...

Car parking was easy but I wished I had asked for directions to the car park before getting there. The car park is very near by but the one way system made it a faff. Fast warm check in, large old, beamed room with many windows and good double glazing, good facilities, great bed, plenty clean fresh towels. Excellent dinner,...

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Cappachinno machine was awesome. Best part, it was so reasonably priced. It is right on the piazza with a very old church we did not have the opportunity to go into. Piazza is ringed by almost 20 restaurants. Little side allys have all sorts of chocolate, cheese, and Gelato shops. A really nice coffee...

Superb room. Grand old hotel. Service was great, help with parking perfect and breakfast more than adequate. Staff was pleased to assist with any questions. Hemmingway's restaurant associated with hotel was superb dining and catered to me being a celiac.

My stay was for one night only and only on the day itself I booked the room with the hotel directly at their reception desk. I found it a bit unfortunate that the staff did not inform me that this room was not equipped with an airco. Mind you, it was exceptionally hot that day with 34 degrees. Obviously, the...
