We stayed in one of the "superior" bungalows, we were initially taken to one of them that hadn't been cleaned which we didn't think was a great sign, before been taken to a different one. The smell of damp hit you straight away, it was absolutely awful! We've stayed in many hotels, hostels and guesthouses throughout Asia on our travels...

First of all, we are very sorry to hear, that you was not happy with your bungalow. But first of all! We will never rent out a room that has not been cleaned first! So if that unfortunately happened, why did you not tell us? It would be so easy, to sent our cleaner down to clean your room? And...

We stayed here for four nights with our daughter. It was very quiet and comfortable. A very affordable room with air conditioning. If you do some hunting online you can find some very good prices. The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The food is pretty good too. I only ate here once though. I am a little...

A pretty snug hostel, nestled into a great area for young travellers. The location is brilliant for beach goers. An affordable price, especially for the islands. The rooms were fairly clean but we did have a bit of an insect problem. The AC was ok but the wifi was quite poor. Overall, the hostel is good to stay at for...

An air conditioned room with a clean bathroom with a shower room. Double bed was good and the pool on site was great for relaxing. Great value place to stay and relax with mates. Only a few minutes walk I the beach and is near to a 7-eleven which is handy

Went to stay for a night in off season. Great price for what it was 600 bat with a nice restaurant room and pool. Food was good. In main season the room we got would have been over double the price =overpriced in my opinion. Basic room - shower and tap only dribbled water and didn't have toilet paper. Some...

We came here after hearing so much about it and left just a little bit confused. There's not much here, there's not even much of beach really. There's lots of stones, a grotty looking cafe and most weird of all lots of rasta type flags, ermmmmm why? Don't bother.

Situated in an area, that doesn't not offer much more than the lokal bars, the place was not for me. I came in the wrong season, so the beach was non-existent. Worth a visit - yes. Because of the staff and the price. There are options to venture out of the area aswell..

Koh Chang as a whole is a magical place, but this hotel/resort run by a husband and wife from Denmark was a great experience. The service was fantastic, the wifi was good, and they had free pool and darts, all the while being in a great, centralized location. Lonely Beach is a place you should definitely see, and the Lonely...

This is the 3rd time in 5 years that we've stayed at Lonely Beach Resort and am pleased to say that the management has maintained a very high level of service and cleanliness. The staff has changed but little and functions as an open, friendly family, while the sad loss of Jonas, the Swedish jack-of-all-trades, has been made up by...
