Our family of 5 enjoyed the incredible views, hospitality and Masai influenced accommodation, after a long day at the start of our safari. It was great to see the local people being trained up. Our rooms were sprayed every night. Very welcoming staff and special setting made it most memorable.

This lodge is fantastic - from the staff, to the rooms, to the view, to the food. greeted with a refreshing hot towel and a cold drink. Staff are abundant and gracious. Sunset is spectacular and the view from the patio and small infinity pool. Our group of 5 spend just one night - 2 or 3 would be perfect....

Pronounced "Rif-tee Valley Lodge". Independent huts with private balconies, infinity pool with bar, if you have more than a night here. Close to Mto wa mbu, view of Lake Manyara (comes right up during a big rainy season), drive through Maasi land, local staff. Generators for power when guests need it, plus a few little solar lights for when it...

We stayed here for 1 night on a safari so can't comment on price/value. The rooms are rustic and a little basic but it's worth staying here just for the views that are simply amazing. The service is great and the food simple but good. We recommend your consideration if you are in the area.

Arrived at this lodge at the end of the day. The views on the lake are breathtaking. It's a peaceful and beautiful place. The staff were great...the rooms were amazing. Only issue was the shower, it was pretty much just a drip. Took forever to wash my hair :-) Food was basic but good. Would have loved to stay a...

Staff: The staff was awesome, the best customer service ive ever had going anywhere. They ensured that we were not only comfortable but safe. They were also very knowledgeable about the area which is helpful for tourists because we tend to have a lot of questions. Food: Every meal was good and I looked forward to the meals. They were...

We spent 2 nights as our base for visiting Tarangire and Lake Manyara national parks. We were welcomed on arrival late afternoon first by the stunning view of Lake Manyara, then the friendliest of staff( all dressed in their Maasai attire) and then refreshing welcoming drinks. The bar and deck overlooking the lake makes for stunning sunset views and photographs...

Arrived late after a full day of animal watching to a beautiful sunset from the pool. The room was lovely with a welcome hot shower. It was sprayed during dinner and I didn't see a single mosquito inside. Food was basic but good. The kind you appreciate after a long day outdoors. Minus for a broken bed but to be...
