We never got to stay at this hotel because the pandemic interrupted our travels. However, I wanted to commend the hotel for the professionalism and understanding it displayed in giving back a complete refund without hassle. When this situation is over, we would love to go back and finally get to stay there!
A charming place with a central patio, were you can also have breakfast in. The breakfast was very good with regional products. Very well located a few footsteps to the old town. Very helpful and friendly Personal that gave us lots of hints for Arcos and the further journey. We had no issue to park on the blue area, which is free on the weekend and public holidays but they also offer a parking for 8 euros a day.
The best hotel that we stayed in Spain so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very warm, cozy and spotless clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. The location is great. If you want private parking, 8 euro per day. Loved it!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, making sure that all of our questions were answered and we were well settled in. We were able to park right in front of the hotel and leave it there for the evening (I believe the free parking ends relatively early in the morning, but it worked out perfectly for our timing). From the hotel, we could easily walk up to the old town to enjoy dinner and sightseeing, and the front desk supplied a map and suggestions. Our family room was spacious and clean, and the shower and overall water pressure was fine. The Wifi was not fast, but worked better outside the room in the common areas. We enjoyed the provided light breakfast in the morning before our departure.…
