I had a wonderful Weekend Stay in this Hotel, with perfect Food and Vine Selection. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic Bar Tenders and bright Rooms. I feel sorry I had no time for a Massage, but spend a relaxing Time in the huge Pool and Sauna Area.

Recently stayed at the Six Senses Douro Valley for a few days in the off season. The property is really spectacular with a dramatic location right on the Douro River. Entry is made down a steep driveway into the property. Guests are greeted outside at their car and luggage and car are whisked away as expected at a five star...

Never see a mouse in a five star hotel in my life and it happened during breakfast time at this hotel. Horrible service during breakfast, the cutlery were not clean and the waitress did not apologise for it. We booked for yoga class at 08:30 and the instructor did not show up. This is not a five star service but...
