My friends and I had booked this place for two nights , for a short break post an uneventful semester ! Wayanad was the destination we had planned for , and Girassol was our place of choice ! The minute our car drove up the slope of the villa , I fell in love with the place ! Loved seeing their mini - zoo ! Hope the animals are well taken care of though ! The two guys in the reception were very polite ! Didn't get their names though ! Very quiet , attentive and gave us a lot of tips on how to go about Wayanad !! Loved the fact that they tries speaking to my mates in Tamil , and got everything that they asked for ! Big Shout out to your staff !! We were put up in Marimba and Kizombo , and the rooms were pretty good ! Spic and span would be apt (loved the water bottles in Kizombo) . Loved the theme behind Girassol , the fact that the owner had decided to pay homage to his second home , was a interesting thing to know about ! The Wall paintings the paragraphs about Africa on the wall was a good touch ! The best part is the game area, most of our time passed playing Billiards , Carrom and Rummy in the restaurant area ! Didn't find the foosball table though :/ . The swimming pool , was a great place to chill ! Food was good too ! Breakfast was simple and tasty , the payaru which they gave reminded me of home !
All in all , Girassol is my favorite place to stay in Vytiri , and will I come back to stay here later ? Absolutely.

We would like to recommend this resort for family vacations. We had a peaceful holiday for four days in Girassol Serviced villa. Staffs are very kind and courteous. Location of the property is the highlight surrounded with green mountains. Kids enjoyed the place because of playing area and swimming pool. Food is homely and tasty.

1.the room corners were all covered with spider webs and not at all clean ..i don't how could you treat ur customers as if they were living in a cattlefarm 2. The heater was not working and my brother got electric shock from one of cable that was left unsafe on the socket . Do you expect the people with family and kids be treated like this We selected your villa seeing the old reviews pre corona ...it's all well built but very poorly maintained 3. The food cake 45 mins late by 9:15 which s very late as a hotel ...in almost all resorts , they would make the food ready by 7:30 am so that visitors could reach out to places aftr food . Do you feel we should b stuck in traffic after eating since we could only leave your hotel by 10 . If r giving bf complimentary , make sure u give that according to customers priority time and not yours 4. The billiard court is maintained well but the other indoor game places were all of dust n dirt. One of my sister got dust allergy due to the very poorly maintained upstairs . It was hard to get hot water and we were behind you to provide us that . The teabags and milk powders at rooms was already used . Swimming pool was clean but please make sure that u donot mix these much chlorine.

An excellent place to stay with family. The rooms are excellent with all facilities which you expect from a high end hotel room. The service is good with amiable and very helpful staff. Food is excellent. And really enjoyed the restaurant on the top floor with fantastic view of the western ghats. The children enjoyed the neatly maintained pool.
Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Over all it was a fantastic experience for my entire family staying at Girassol. Good clean rooms. Vinay cooked good food. Using the pool by sunset was great. Trekking to a close my hill early morn was great.. I would suggest this property for any who'd like to visit Wayanad.

A place which is having good ambiance for a couple and family trip. Excellent hospitalility and facilities from the crew. I will surely prefer this resort for my friends definitely due the aforementioned.

My recent stay with my family at girassol was superb.we enjoyed the ambience alot.we were welcomed and guided to room by the staff.Talatona room was given to us.The room was modern, spacious and very clean. Hot water is available. Play area for kids. Swimming pool facility. Outside hangout areas are awesome. Good Parking space. We got 2 types of dishes for breakfast. Friendly staffs. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.You wont regret,just be there.
