Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
This fairly new apartment complex is located at the beginning of the Altstad and the Hauptbahnhof of Lienz. Self check-in went well. Our 4th floor apartment was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom had a rain shower. The kitchenette was on the small side and only had 2 hotplates. So you sometimes had to improvise to put a complete meal on the table. A downside was also the lack of daylight in the bedroom. There were only 2 small windows in the kitchen area. The loft had more daylight and a terrace with lots of privacy. We found it annoying that the internet connection kept dropping out after a short break and you had to log in again. Furthermore, a great apartment with a bakery on the ground floor that you can reach directly from the elevator. The center and a supermarket are around the corner.

Super central hotel located in one of the main squares of Lienz, and 3 minutes from the train station. We stayed in a double room (not an apartment) inside, so we didn't notice any noise at night and we were able to sleep very well. The rooms are spacious, designed with good taste and quality materials, everything is new. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Check-in and check-out are carried out at a machine located outside the hotel, without the need for personnel. The process is simple and intuitive.

Hotel is like brand new. Still has the "new smell". It is very clean, cozy and spacious. Its right in the small city center of Lienz. We were only passing through, so we only stayed for one night. But we were sad to go. ........................

Very nice and clean apartment in the historic center where you can find every convenience, very close to the train station and a supermarket also open on Sunday afternoons. Excellent solution and equipped with every service.
