We arrived at the hotel on time (after more than 6 hours of arrival ) 4 pm and were looking forward to finally coming to rest....a pity that the rooms (not only ours) had not yet been cleaned, this also dragged on for several days, that guests arrived and the rooms were not ready. Despite free drinks at the bar, we were finally able to move into the room after a wait of almost 3 hours, so the first day of the holiday was over. We had booked the room for 7 days, according to info it should be cleaned every 3 days, unfortunately there was NO cleaning, the dirty towels were lying around, the trash can has overflowed, the floor was dirty. We visited the sauna once, but there are too few sunbeds there, so not every sauna guest can enjoy relaxing there properly. In our room we were missing a 2. Seating, there was only one stool for 2 people to sit on, also I missed a closet to store the clothes neatly, because you have some for 2 people and 7 days winter holidays. Very commendable the kindness of the staff and the great breakfast. Also the good location. Perhaps you should not occupy some rooms if there are not enough cleaning staff on site.

We stayed 2 days at this new cool place . Large rooms .Rarely slept so well , the beds and decor are great. Breakfast was perfect , much homemade . The rooftop bar let us end the evening with some gin and tonics.
I liked the decor very much , stylish and high quality , yet cozy . Funny : the junior boss from innsbruck stands at the reception and is extremely friendly . All in all a win for Lienz , we will definitely come back.
