Stayed 2 nights. Holuderhof is a quiet little hotel, located on a steep hill road, some 2 km from the center of the city. Hotel is very clean, both in design and in decor, very helpful and outgoing staff, great buffet breakfast and nice little spa. Great stay.

We came across this hotel after a long day exploring the area on motorbikes. We weren't booked and not sure what to expect but we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were very welcoming and offered us apartments to accommodate us at no extra cost. The apartments were spacious and comfortable with separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. Not...

With an excellent location next to the cable-car and perfect view of the mountains, Holunderhof is above the level of usual Austrian hotels. The rooms are neat and clean, staff is very friendly (and very patient with the toddlers). Do not hesitate having your dinners at the restaurant, Sigi (the chief waiter) will do anything to make you feel good...

This hotel is located on the sunny side of Lienz. It's directly at the "Zettersfeldbahn" skiing region. If you want to go to the city center you best take your car (or enjoy 30 minute walk). New and clean rooms. Good restaurant with friendly service.

A classic case of don't judge a hotel by the outside. Very modern inside with many wonderful features it makes a great location just a little bit out of the city centre. Restaurant and staff are excellent.

The reception staff were really friendly and we were given a huge room complete with a kitchen/living room area, bathroom and toilet separate and bedroom. We were able to make use of the amenities such as sauna and steam...

My husband and I recently spent a week in Austria hiking as part of a long vacation. We stayed at Hotel Holunderhof for 3 nights. The hotel is located right next to the cable car which was very convenient for any hiking you want to do at that location. The hotel is very modern and our room was very nice....

This hotel is part of a complex that is located at the base of a small local ski hill. As we were there out of season, the location was a little odd, and there was nothing to do in the immediate area. The apartments are large, bright and furnished in modern Scandinavian style. If you're staying for more than a...

We stayed here overnight, it is out of town but as dinner was included it was not an issue. We had a mini apartment with fabulous views. The meal was fine, though we did have to wait for the main meal, think we might have been forgotten. Our German is basic so at times we were not sure if we...
