Simply beautiful and so atmospheric. We love this hotel, its location is utterly beautiful and the food is divine!!! Bouillon is a quaint little town, truly Belgian and very typical of the Ardennes. It is one of our favourite hideaways.

We stayed in a superior room for a few nights on a road trip through northern Europe late last year. To be honest I was unsure what the hotel would be like but I was very happily surprised on arrival. The lobby and lounge has very relaxed, country feel to it with a definite element of style that is nice...

As others have said, the view from the rooms is wonderful, and if it is warm enough, the terrace in the afternoon sun is the place to be. We had 2 nights in the hotel and stayed in an "executive room" - slightly larger than average, a small lounge area and a separate toilet. It's true things are a little...

Its a great view over the quirky little town of Bouillon and its Chateau. But the price of this is that the hotel is located up a steep winding road on the side of a steep hill. This means the parking can be limited and that you cannot easily pop into and out of the town for an hour or...

Delightful hotel in a perfect setting overlooking the small town of Bouillon. We had a junior suite which was very roomy and afforded superb views. The staff are all very friendly and professional and made us feel most welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we have had and the dinner we had...

We had a view overlooking the whole town: the hotel really does live up to its name! The rooms themselves, although a good size, are nothing at all special but the views are just incredible. You could spend hours just looking out of the windows! We also had one meal (4 courses) in the restaurant and the standard of food...

A lovely, warm and welcoming hotel. Room was large and well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Food is good and staff very friendly and helpful. As others have said it is located high up overlooking the town so it is a bit of walk back up after visiting the town. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation at all.

We had a junior suite which was a very spacious room with separate bathroom and a separate toilet and a great view of the city. Bathroom had a bath and a rainshower and an extra tv. Breakfast was excellent with fresh products and a wide variety. Check out at eleven was a little bit early, but we had a nice...

We had a lovely warm welcome and we stayed in a superior room with the offer of half board which was great value. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The dinner was also fantastic with a set menu that was delicious. Worth checking beforehand what other options are available if any on the set menu because we were...

One of the best hotels we had on our honeymoon trip. We arrived and were welcomed by the manager. I twisted my ankle in the morning and she brought me immediately to the dictor in town with her car. What a service. The room was very big and comfortable with a view over the City of Bouillon. Even the toilet...
