Lovely friendly owners and staff, basic but well cleaned rooms, Spa is not a cheap place to stay so I would say VFM is excellent. Bar and Restaurant are a newer addition and very well laid out, free parking is a major plus.

We arrived in Spa without intention to stay, so when we discovered this hotel, we were extremely happy. Friendly staff who made every attempt to talk to us in English, comfortable room, wonderful breakfast included in the price. Loved it!!!

This place is located in the hearth of Spa but still it is peaceful and maybe little hidden. There is free parking in front of the hotel. Our room was big and clean but having a wall-to-wall carpet. The furniture were in good shape and not at all worn like in many other places like this. Bathroom was big, too....

Great location in central Spa with free parking and wi-fi. Easy access to race circuit and standard continental breakfast. Room and amenities are fairly standard, but the beds were comfy, shower always hot and BBC1 on the room TV. Nice little garden area at rear for relaxing with plenty of places to eat nearby. You get what you pay for,...

I booked this hotel on the basis of previous reviews and location. Location wise I found it perfect, just off center and close to the spa, with ample free parking opportunities. Relative to the price I paid, 85 euro, I was lest enthusiastic about the stay itself. The good: fairly big room and bathroom (with bath), free wifi, clean, somewhat...

We arrived at the front of the hotel, only to find the reception was at the back, but hey its Belgium ! Once in the room everything was ok. A decent bathroom, good comfortable bed, and situated...

The room we had was fine , bathroom clean and really...
