Beautifully clean and welcoming hotel situated on the edge of the old town. All staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned beautifully every day. Everything you could want for breakfast and lots of choice for evening meal. Could not fault the experience at all. Only negative was that we were forced by the amount...

Date of stay 19 to 29 Sept 2016, the hotel Neptuno is in a lovely position and set back from the main town and a five/ten minute walk to the beach and old town where there were plenty of nice restaurants and tapas bars. The hotel is a little dated in places but the cleanness of the hotel could not...

The hotel was exceptionally good value situated on the outskirts of the old town situated up a steep incline. Food is average, always has meat, fish ,pasta and salad on menu so there are choices. Swimming pool mostly shaded, but has pleasant garden area for sun worshipers. Our visit was very quiet as most of the hotels, bars and cafe...

This is a lovely hotel. Location is superb with the old town literally at the bottom of the short hill/ It isn't modern, which adds to it's charm. Our experience was that it was clean with a very good room and room service. Staff were also good. It's worth remembering this is a 3 star hotel and therefore some of...

We were very impressed with the décor in the public areas, but not so much with our room as it was small ,dark & dated .The problem was because it was a corner room which did not let much light in ,and was hemmed in by two other balcony's .We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn't a big...

On arrival the customer service was excellent at Reception and continued throughout the hotel for the entire month. Problems were dealt with immediately. Bedroom was spacious, clean and towels changed everyday. Very efficient air conditioning. Meals were lovely and varied with different dishes served in the evening, suitable for all tastes. The Friday barbeque was very good, especially the sausages...

An unusual hotel in terms of décor. The ground floor from reception to the dining room and bar is filed with an interesting assortment of furniture, suit of armour and chandeliers not to mention the varied assortment of paintings and objects including an original HMV wind up record player. The swimming pool is somewhat small and overshadowed by the hotel...

Stayed for a week with my husband and 1 year old son. We were given a family room on the top floor, despite only booking a double. This was amazing for us as not only did we have an extra bedroom (which we used as a dressing room), we also had an enormous roof terrace with views over Tossa and...

A well kept and clean hotel. Lovely gardens and very good breakfast. Friendly and informative staff. Located about 300 meters from all the very nice restaurants, bars and shops in the town. The only thing that let it down for me were the sounds easily heard from adjacent rooms. Any talking, TV or plumbing noises were heard through the walls.

We loved this place. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotless. We had the breakfast every morning that had enough for all tastes. Fry ups, yoghut and fruit, cereals, ham, cheese, breads, toast. The surrounding area had a very spanish feel. Narrow lanes with lots of interesting shops, bars and restuants. The castle is amazing and has...
