I recently returned from this beautiful, but mean hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, gardens and pools are delightful and our room(we upgraded to suite) was good apart from not having view we were told we would get. However this is where good ends. We found the hotels attitude mean. First you have to pay extra for a safe...

Our family visited the place during December, for a week just before the Xmas holidays and it was the perfect choice for us. Our two daughters 12 and 9 had a fabulous time exploring the mountainous landscape, Nordic walks and participating in all the free activities that were offered by the resort (Pilates, Yoga, Morning Walks, Sun Salutation, Sun set...

I booked this hotel because it was a Thomson Platinum, but on arrival quickly realised that all the Platinum features had gone by the wayside and the hotel was now geared completely to the German market. Our room was 'okay' but because of the trees we had neither view nor sunshine on the balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely...

I visited this hotel in Gran Canaria last September with my sister and a friend. The hotel reception is lovely and we are allocated two rooms next door to each other. First impressions were the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Wasn't impressed by the plastic furniture on the balcony and also that the balconies had some huge plant boxes on...

Rather manic at meal times! Nice food and something for everyone but not cordon bleu.It was like a cattle market and so many rude people you wouldn't believe. Two big hotels together with the dining room in the centre of them.Four nice pools and plenty of bars, two with pianos in which were ok.Nice staff and the place was spotless with...

Me and my girlfriend booked a week here through Thompson for a fairly cheapish (£450ish) half board week in the sun. Hotel was brilliant. Hotel split into half-board and all inclusive. Our side of the hotel and our room was brilliant with a nice balcony viewing over one of the swimming pools. It had two large swimming pools with a...

The whole experience in the hotel was dreadful. The worst hotel I have stayed in for 40 years. Staff were good & friendly but embarrassed by the fact that everything was at extra cost. Examples. Use of empty fridge in bedroom. Use of bedroom safe. Glass of water & all drinks in the restaurant. Outside in the bars I would...

Just returned from a week at this hotel and won't be back. The hotel itself was lovely but let down by the dining room and its staff.More than once they ran out of cups for coffee ,there were no side plates for putting your toast on to butter it.No signs to say on tap wine and juice was only for the...

To welcome us as returning guests we were given complimentary fruit and wine in our room. It is worth paying for the wifi which is very reliable and is available throughout the hotel and the grounds. I really like the food and fruit juices at breakfast. At dinner time the bread and the selection of desserts are lovely but some...
