Outstanding hotel, staff are so welcome and accommodating, the service and food is excellent, this was our 10 stay at the Mellieha Bay Hotel it never lets us down. Would highly recommend a stay here, all rooms have a wonderful sea view and the gardens are truly beautiful. Many amenities and events, too many to mention but the entertainment team...

Comfortable room, lovely view, pleasant staff, outside Melliha town. Needs transport for everything but good bus service. As this hotel is rated as 4* i'd have expected a good standard of food & table service. Food - poor canteen standard, at best. Usually cold, reheated, tinned fruit a la the 60s. Grey isn't a good colour for food! Tea/coffee always...

Tried to count how many times we've been here over the last 10 years, must be at least 15! Love the hotel, view, food and staff only negative is the beds! Please invest in new ones 😀 lots of work being done at the moment, but hotel tries hard not to let it impact on guests. See you in November...

Decided to return to Malta and Mellieha Bay Hotel after a 14 year gap. First the Hotel it is undergoing incremental improvement and renovation that has definitely enhanced the Hotel. It is located in the quieter northern part of the island but enjoys an excellent bus service on the doorstep that enables access to all parts of Malta. The setting...

We holidayed in Malta for a week on the half board package. The location of the hotel was perfect with our room looking out over the beautiful Mellieha Bay. Room itself was clean and spacious, although the bed and specifically the pillows were a little uncomfortable for my tastes. Many a morning I would wake up stiff as a board....

We stayed here for a week in early March on a package with Travel Department. Great value for money. Hotel was spotless, cleaned every day. Couldn't fault the restaurant, especially the lamb shank, sirlion steak, and lamb curry. House wine was ok and very cheap. Lobby bar was a bit crowded if football was on the TV.

My wife and I had always promised ourselves a visit to Malta. We finally arrived in March this year and stayed at the Mellieha Bay Hotel. We enjoyed first class service, an excellent room and very nice and varied food on our half board package. There was plenty of choice. The staff all went out their way to welcome us...

Lovely hotel to stay at if a bit dated in the corridors and lifts. Bedrooms extremely comfortable and nice bathrooms. Water pressure could do with a boost or maybe new shower heads. Meals were very tasty and varied. When we stayed in early Feb, some areas were not open but overall the hotel is excellent and would have loved to...

This place is all about the views from the rooms across the bay. Hotel out of the way so need a bus anywhere. Rooms are basic, but most importantly cleaned daily. Food was very good for all inclusive, all the usual selection. Drinks in the all inclusive were very poor - only a choice of two cocktails, not very imaginative...

The Mellieha Bay Hotel, was built in 1969, in the northern most tip of the island - as the name suggests it is in the bay of the same name ** the perfect picture postcard setting you will see in a very long time. The hotel is laid out in seven blocks overall - one small block and six larger...
