The hotel is situated in an excellent location but it can be better if it's owners decide to invest further e.g in common areas. That said, the food was good even though we expected a greater selection.

If you want to spoil your stay in Malta, stay at this hotel. Ragged walls in hotel rooms, bunk beds instead, old and sagging mattresses, tattered and old towels is only part of the service that awaits you in this hotel. But the main star of this hotel are the badbugs!!! Can you imagine our state when a 4 star...

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations and from what you are saying I would agree with you, however if this was the case why did you not state this in resort to enable the hotel to be aware of such. I am also sorry to say that we do not have bunk beds at the hotel,...

The service we experienced was absolutely spot on. We really enjoyed the location as it was very relaxing and we wanted exactly that. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pools were not crowded as there were four to choose from. we found travelling from the hotel easy as there was a bus stop just outside the hotel it...

Thank you for your positive comment to Tripadvisor in relation towards our establishment and yes you are correct in relation to the sea view and bay view rooms.

Loads of room both inside and out for lazing around doing nothing. There's no waiter service, little entertainment and nowhere to walk to unless you want to watch the Gozo ferry! Pools were spacious and looked very inviting but the salt water was a killer for the eyes and I'm glad we hadn't taken our grandchildren there as they wouldn't...

We spent a week here from 26th of September. The weather was more than perfect. The hotel just 15 min from Mellieha by bus. The bus stop in front of the hotel. If you schedule your day you can reach the point of interests. Honestly Valletta and Sliema a bit far, around 2 hour by bus, but it's worth it....

I thank you for enjoying your break with us and for your positive comments towards our staff and services, yes the windows do not have sheers / nets but they do have curtains. Should the mattress have been too soft then it could have been changed to a firm mattress without any problem.

Paradise Bay is ideally based if you want a peaceful holiday, Situated opposite the Ferry Terminal for ferries to Gozo, the Hotel is not close to any shops, restaurants or nightlife. There is a local bus service stops outside the Hotel and also the Malta sightseeing feeder bus stops outside. Buffet Breakfast plenty of choice, evening meal menu not extremely...

I thank you for posting your response and I am sorry to hear that some of our reception staff were not helpful. The jelly is but one of many choices from the buffet and I thank you for your remarks in relation to the physically challenged facilities at the hotel.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews. It is true, the staff need to smile more. It makes a difference. The hotel itself was fine though, it does need a little TLC but overall it is clean and we had a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, so v happy with our large room. Stayed in other hotels...

This hotel was once a grand place to stay, it is quite large & has some original features. However Now you can tell it is a shadow of it's former self, large cracks in the walls throughout the building, old smelly carpets running through the whole place. Staff have a the WORST attitude of any hotel we have EVER stayed...

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your satisfaction and can confirm that this winters program of maintenance is such for the improvement of many areas of the hotel. Let me first say this is our first time in Malta and probably our last. This hotel is a decent building with clean rooms and some pleasant staff. We went here all inclusive only to find that it is not so inclusive. Firstly, if you want water, you get it in a glass not a bottle, if you want a...

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your anticipated needs; the content of the all-inclusive package should have been explained by your tour operator. The pools operate by an over flow system so any surface debris would automatically go into the pool filters. Yes it is true that it is a continuous battle in picking up cigarette...
