One star because it can't be 0. We arrived and the air conditioning didn't work nor the light in the bathroom. Instead of changing our room, they started maintenance with our presence in the room and with the remark "if you don't want to stay, we'll refund your money." " We booked 3 months in advance so the solution for the inn was to stay on the street as the island was full. After much discussion, we were given a room for 1 night. The next day we returned to the old room and everything seemed to be fine. Until the inn's generator stopped and we were without power all night. Mosquitoes, heat, cell phones discharging and running out of flashlights. Total nightmare. The next day we went to the beach after a sleepless night and we couldn't go back to the inn in the afternoon because the front post that had a nest there for days was on fire. The island is clearly not supporting the energy demand and the inn sells a stability that does not match what we saw here. They have several units and a restaurant, all on the same generator. Several unprepared employees, one of them didn't want to let us go to breakfast because "it was his first day and he didn't know if he had to wait." Unfortunate. We are currently staying and thinking about leaving the island beforehand as it was a huge disappointment. Expensive daily rate for a chaotic service.

I've stayed there other times and I love it. It's super well located, you leave the inn and walk 1 minute and you're on Abraão beach in the center of everything, an addendum, the breakfast is at their other branch which is on the corner of the street, cafe with lots of options.

Hotel with terrible service, dirty room, bed linen not changed, bathroom dirty and not working, even though we told reception they didn't clean it up or care to provide a solution. Too much noise and poor service, I don't recommend it
