We spent 3 nights at the Cottages and we had such an amazing time! The Cottages are located in a beautiful area of ‘Tuscan’-like Hungarian countryside, dotted with vineyards. We stayed in 'the Nest’, which was just perfect, clean and cosy, and with a relaxed atmosphere. The cottage has beautiful and charming furniture, Catherine’s style is unique and beautiful! The...

I have stayed at Catherine's cottages twice now. Once with a group of girl friends for an overnight and once wth my husband and several other couples over a weekend. I loved Catherine's attention to detail and her unique style in decorating. The times I spent there were restful and refreshing. I stayed in the Sipos Cottage the first time...

We spent two nights in Józsi's Cottage. The place was beautiful and romantic, houses are unique, well-equipped and cozy - as it had been written here before - and we had a really nice time although we went for home with a lack. First, the cottages. Catherine's style is undeniably perfect; furniture, colours and every detail is exqusite, we didn't...

Dear Veronika, I am delighted we managed to speak on the telephone a few days after your review. And imagine my relief to hear you say, early on in our conversation, that you wish to return to the cottages and the miserable weather had really hampered your stay (despite us even moving your reservation at short notice). Still, I take...

Catherine's Cottages are without doubt one of the nicest places you could chose to stay in the countryside in Eastern Europe. The style is original, cosy, comfortable and cool. In the colder months the red glow of wood a burning stoves adds a special feeling of being made welcome; the informality belies a well run business, in which professionalism is...

We had a lovely stay. Helped by amazing weather - it was peaceful, beautiful, lush and green with far reaching views from our cottage. The cottages are immaculate and very comfortable. You need a hire car as this is rural but lovely places to visit and Lake Balaton is a must. Our children had a wonderful time. Thank you to...

The location and views were stunning and the cottages were beautifully designed and equipped. Catherine, her team and her wonderful Mother were a pleasure to meet and catered for our every...

We already stayed at Catherine's Vineyard Cottages two years ago and fell in love with this beautiful place! The property is like out of a picture book. The cottages are gorgeous and each one's unique. Catherine's style is simply beautiful and she buys most of the decor & accessories at local markets and shops. Last time we stayed at the...
