We have now stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions. It is always clean and tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately we arrived home we noticed we had been charged twice for our stay, but this was quickly resolved and we were re-reimbursed.

We thought it was a great place to go for a family meal, we attended on a Thursday and benefitted from free desserts on the daily deals. We found that there was a wide variety of food on menu. Highly recommended.

It's a bit unfair to do average on this, but it isn't very good neither. In all honesty I find the prices for this hotel steep for the type of budget hotel it is. It's worn out and tired and because of this, if a single person stays it can be anything from £65 ..£95 a night during the week,...

well it was a birthday family meal, and the mash tasted preheated and the amount you would give to a toddler, on the mixed grill the meat wasn't cooked and tasted slimmy, and the burgers had no flavor and was greasy. Out of the 13 of us nobody could eat there full meals. And other customers around us was complaining...

Had a family meal here to celebrate our mums 85th birthday. The service was very poor and we waited over half an hour for the main course. The menu was typical of this type of chain with little to inspire and an extremely poor pasta selection/option. Opted for the Jumbo Scampi and wondered why it was called Jumbo? It looked...

The hotel is situated at Hedon just outside Hull and has a Hungry Horse restaurant attached. The hotel has loads of parking...

Hi I work away more times than I like and I hate eating alone (Billy's no mates) syndrome but the atmosphere and warm welcome received made this trip great..A specially mention to Lorraine who was superb.

The Kingstown is in a handy location for some of the surrounding industrial sites so handy for business trips. Wouldn't be staying there for a holiday. The rooms are clean and there's a restaurant next door where breakfast is served. The location is handy for Hedon and Hull and there's a Sainsbury's opposite if you want to do a bit...
