We came here twice this year. Everytime we fell very good. The people are very nice and kind. No Problem with the language of any help if we needed. Many many thanks for all. Whenever i'll come back I remember your place.

I ate twice at one of the restaurants of the hotel (the restaurant facing the beach). The second time, I broke a glass accidentally. They charged me 70 bahts a glass not worth 20 bahts (used many times). I told them that should they charge me the glass, I would pay but would not return to their restaurant. I kept... More

To start, location is excellent, right on Crystal Bay, a beautiful little cove with a soft sand beach that is almost exclusively for the use of the five or so hotels that line it. Hotel has a pool, but no chairs around it to relax beside it. We had a standard room for four nights and found it quite bland.... More

We stayed at Thongtakian for 3days middle of February. Rooms are simple but there is everything you need. Got one night upgrade in private bungalow, definetly worth of paying a bit extra.. was so nice and quiet. They have a snack bar close to the beach, good food but cocktails were not worth of the money. We enjoyed breakfast, there... More

Great hotel perfect situated at the beach. Good food and great fruit shakes at the "restaurant" situated directly at the beach. The prices are more than fair and the staff is very helpfull. Big and clean room with a huge balcony some with a view to the pool and the beautiful garden. Very helpfull lady at the reception :-) The... More

I went in 2014. The hotel is not in the most popular beach area. But it is placed along with 4-5 hotels with against a less traveled beach. The hotel has got direct beach access. The beach is nice. The foods are good in this hotel. Overall if someone wants to stay away from the crowd of Lamai and Chewang,... More

We just loved everything about this little beachfront restaurant. The food: Everything on the menu is so tasteful (we went there so many times in one week that we tried a lot) The location: right on the beach, feet in the sand The staff: very nice The price: normal low cost thai prices

Room was very dark but was quite comfortable with good airconditioning and a comfortable bed. Hotel was clean. The beach at the hotel was very over-crouded and was not peaceful (although I think this may be common in Koh Samui as it is so touristic). The pool was very small so when there were 2 kids splashing in there there... More

I can't say much more than the previous positive reviews, however just wanted to reiterate that the hotel is pretty basic but brilliant and clean, the staff were lovely and helpful and the beach gorgeous. We really wanted real Thai food (well as real as you can get) and we definitely got that at the hotel's seaside restaurant. What more... More
