The rooms are perfectly clean, modern and surprisingly spacious. For what you get the price is also very very low. Nice and cool pool, great service - very easy to get a taxi. And the cleaners do a great job. We left the room really messy, and came back to a completely cleaned room, more water bottles but also, they had folded every little piece of clothing. That is great service. The breakfast is not the best, but still very nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were new and very clean. Pool was big and gym well equipped with new facilities. I paid abt sgd$30 per night. It was cheap n good. Will definately return again. Apartment was near to the weekend mkt too. Very convenient.

Stayed here for one night all is fine except for the AC leaking in the middle of the night which we didn’t mention to staff as we are already tired the whole day other than this everything is great! The condo was next to O-OH Farm which you will have your breakfast. A nice place for people who needs relaxation away from the city but not suited for people who need night outs.

This is a hotel not a boys scout! First couple of times I got my room cleaned, I noticed that half of it wasn't cleaned. Then I found out that the girls cleaning my room are teenagers, really? I've been all over the world! I've stayed at 5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star, hostels, bungalows, Airbnb's etc. Can't remember the last time kids cleaned my room. They missed everything, cobwebs in the corners of the laminated flooring, dust on top of the TV, clean the Hob, clean the kitchen drawers, clean the fridge. If I was this establishment I would employ adults with real hospitality experience. I REST MY CASE!

Enjoyed the clean area and lovely facilities at the condo. Great pool and overall staff members do assist when you require help. The rooms can be improved by providing WiFi throughout the building and not only in the communal areas. It would also be of assistance if you can provide guest with a list of what is available in the condo. E.g. there are no plates, microwave or cutlery except two cups and teaspoons. You also need to walk a distance to the bus stop in town or use alternative transportation.

The location isnt so great, ended up paying around 930 baht for a grab from the airport to this place. So i wouldn't suggest it if you're looking to party or be in the center of activities. Also the wifi situation is direeee. We had to go down to the lobby to get internet! Those two aspects aside, the room is quite comfortable and spacious. Lovely bathroom. Clean and house keeping very prompt and efficient. Breakfast was at a cafe across from the building, very cute, ok food. The infinity pool is gorgeous and a fun time. All in all, despite the location, if our room had wifi, id say this would've been quite a pleasant stay. There's hope here! Just fix the wifi situation

Very nice building, great apartment, clean and well maintained, very good room cleaning. A restaurant with organic vegetables is just 2mn away ,great food for a very good price and a 5 stars service. The staff at the residence are very friendly and very helpful. Situated next to park were you can go to join the local doing exercise using the free equipment.

1 kitchen 1 sitting room 1 bedroom apartment room is good for long stays. For short stay, we had wonderful meals at its O-OH farm restaurant ( featuring fresh vegetables from its onsite farm,and a variety of genuine fine wines). Moreover, we chose it for it infinity pool, particularly beautiful at sunrise and sunset.

This is like an apartment bulding more than a hotel but the staff is great. They help a lot. They rent bukes at a very good price as the hotel is more or less far from everything but only 1.8 km from old phuket town. Its verynice and the pool is great. If you are looking for partying this is not the place. If you want to get out of the noice this is a perfect place

All summed up this hotel is meh. It's clean, it's got very nice rooms, and the pool is great. However the staff isn't very good as they would laugh at us right in front of our faces and we wouldn't be able to understand what they were saying to each other because it was in Thai. The fitness area doesn't even have weights... it's just a couple treadmills and a bike and an elliptical. Very below average at that! Motorbike service was convenient but we got ripped off as the bike was not up to par when we got it. We almost ran out of gas driving down the street right after we got it so we had to fill up. Wouldn't have been a problem if we would've got reimbursed for it but of course we didn't. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

I was due to stay 3 nights but left early because there is nothing around it, expect a half walk to the closest bar or restaurant. It was just a junior room but it was spacious and very clean.
There are more places to choose from in the Talat Nuea area.
