I loved this place. Staff were very helpful. Facilities adequate. Not a luxury resort obviously, it can't be at these prices, but a decent place. Walking distance to Phuket town but for everything else must rent a bike or a car. Phuket has Grab (like Uber) but it is pricey. I don't know how people manage public buses, I would rather pay more and stay near the beach. But with a rented car, I loved this hotel and don't mind staying again.

We arrived after a stay in a tiny hotel in Bangkok in need of something nicer and this hotel completely surpassed our expectations. The receptionist was helpful and lovely and carried our cases to our room for us. The room was spacious, the bed was enormous, the shower was warm and powerful and the aircon was fantastic. It is a 10 minute walk into the main part of town but that wasn't a problem for us and there is a very good restaurant a few doors down. One warning, my friend showered first and flooded the whole bathroom and when I went in I realised there was a plug in the actual shower and once I took it out the water cleared immediately. A really great hotel and very good value.

Very nice and clean, close to the buss route direct to the airport.
5 min walk to the buss stop to beach and the market.
I recommend the place for the convenience and price.

I've been to Phuket for many times and this time I wanted to do a little explore in Phuket town. This place is 20 mins walk to the town center, 5 mins walk to Phuket View Point and 20 mins walk to big shopping mall Central Festival. Room is clean and functional with basic facilities. The 2 girls at front desk are sooooooo nice!!!! I was driving a motor bike to move my little suitcase to Kata beach resort for next stay and I was trying to tie the suitcase to the backseat. The 2 girls just came to me and helped me without asking!!! I love this small hotel!!! Made me feel home!!!

I cannot talk this place up enough!! It is well set up, spacious rooms and very clean. Reception is small and cramped but who cares when you get to your room in the elevator. The staff are WONDERFUL and truly go above and beyond. One of the staff drove my friend on their bike to 2 different bakeries just to find me a birthday cake and didn't charge her. The receptionist who was just incredible helped us order takeaway food in our room. So cheap and worth it! Would definetly stay again!!!

Great place. Ting-Tong is a great receptionist. She/he is lovely!!
A short bus ride away from the beach, but try not to miss the last bus, like we did, or, getting back by taxi will be £10.
Lovely restaurant/pub next door, with great, live music.

My partner and I stayed here for three nights. It was a lovely hotel, quite new, clean, tidy and quiet. The receptionist was more than helpful and carried our heavy backpacks to our room for us. She didn't speak a lot of English but managed to understand our requests. She helped me with my washing&carried it upstairs for me!
However if you're looking for party area this is definitely not the place. It's very quiet¬ very touristy. Phuket town is not tourist land but is lovely to explore and much much cheaper than patong beach.
Bus to patong is 30 baht. Would recommend this place

Recomended by a friend, we booked a two bedroom apartment for two nights and got a good deal. The apartment is clean, modern with flat screen TV small kitchenette with sink and fridge, no microwave or plates and cutlery in our apartment which we thought was odd, kettle and a few three in one coffee sachets were included. The main bedroom has a safe. both bedrooms have air con but there is not one in the lounge/sitting area.
The bathroom is well equipped and a hair dryer is provided.
Its located a little bit out of the way so you would need your own transport or a taxi to get anywhere.
Would stay there again next time we visit the area.

Nice room, we are four peoples stayed here, took two standard room, it's not much spacious may be since it's a standard room, other than that all fine here they provided refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, kettle and wifi. Wifi signal is very good, here they arranged one taxi we have to pay, that taxi driver was impressive, good English speaking driver his name Tawan.
Cons - no website for this khao rang, receptionist speaking English hmm Ok manageable.

Hotel is far from the spotlight place like Patong, Phuket town, Karon even Airport. When i reached the hotel is just look like ok and the staff is friendly. Room is too small for two person but well you know when you in Phuket you will see the hotel only in the midnight. Overall you can stay here and rent motorbike you will discover Phuket in different view.
