Stayed with the dog mid-week. It was lovely to sit and have a pint in front of the fire and the food was excellent. Potted shrimps to start followed by an excellent steak.

Stayed in elterwater and one reason we keep coming back is for the Britannia inn. Fab to sit outside in summer and warm n cosy in winter, great food n drink selection. Dog friendly throughout. Central village location
