We didn't have any problem with our stay. The room was nice. There's not so much to see though. The place is kinda old and not well maintained. The breakfast buffet needs food variety. The clubhouse elevator was so scary. You'd think you're gonna be trapped.

The place is situated with a stunning view of taal lake. This resort has been showing signs of old and isolation. Nothing special with the room. They dont even have bidet in their CR. Staff looks like they are not happy with their job. Service is poor. In fact, when we requested for a shuttle going to the golf course...

Stayed overnight for our company team building and Christmas Party. Nice overlooking view, chilly weather with pine trees. The ongoing construction is a bit of an eyesore. Food is average and nothing to look forward to during our stay (bfast, lunch and dinner). Wifi access is available at the lobby, function rooms and restaurant but not in the room. Better...

Booked this hotel for a night attending a dear friend's wedding. The hotel/resort has a nice tranquil environment and it's a perfect getaway from the city. Perfect for a weekend retreat or a short visit since it's just an hour or two away from the city. Has a nice view of the lake and the Taal volcano. The beds are...

It's isolated and some will say it's good because it's protected but it's far from most things, rooms are basic and almost dirty and there is nothing particularly attractive about it. The hotel was privatized for us so it might be operated differently in other conditions but that was not a particularly enjoyable stay at that time.

My husband, 20-month old daughter and I came on a Thursday. There were very few people in the resort. It was also drizzling when we arrived, so it was really cold. When we got there, our booking has not yet been coordinated so we were held at the gate and the check-in took a while. The amenities of the room...

First of all I'd like to thank Mr. Chong. He was very accommodating and provided all the instructions how to book, it was the first time I use Airbnb. Anyway, about the place we stayed, it was very relaxing and all staff were polite & helpful. Facilities were nice, the room was great, me and my wife had stress free...

As soon as I got to my unit at The Peak with the wow! views of Taal Lake, I felt so restful & at peace.... I could sit by the balcony enjoying the breathtaking landscapes whole day. I also enjoyed very much the on-site indoor pool, spa & pool table etc at the main clubhouse. Must try is the Tawi-Tawi...

The place is quiet and ideal for relaxation. It is a bit isolated and if you really have to run for something, the travel from the resort to the nearest town is quite considerable. Although the structures are a bit dated, the rooms are okay with good beds and adequate water pressure for the hot shower. Food at the coffee...

The place is serene and the weather is good. We stayed there for 2 nights the Crews are courteous but not until the checkout, we were hold in the lobby because of a notepad holder that weren't really there when we checked in and my disappointment went really high when my wife go back to the room and help find...
