We booked a block of rooms for a wedding for the weekend. Due to Covid restrictions, they have one entrance for the hotel and casino. When we arrived at the casino after our reception, we were treated very poorly by the employee checking everyone in at the door. He was very rude and disrespectful to everyone in our party. He got into a shouting match with someone in our group and was swearing at her. We were made to feel very unwelcome which makes sense why the casino was very dead for a Saturday night. Other members of our group said they received the same treatment from him Friday night. They are also very strict with their mask policy which is understandable, but he was right on top of you yelling at you to put your mask on as soon as you took a drink. Perhaps they shouldn't allow beverages on the casino floor if that's how they're going to treat customers. Did not see one employee cleaning machines that night either. The desk clerk that checked our group in was very polite. That was the only decent treatment we received. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel July 12-15, 2021. We chose it based on the reviews. Unfortunately, it was horrible. Due to COVID they only have one entrance open which is very inconvenient since the rooms are on the other side of the building. You are required to either show proof of vaccine if you don’t you have to wear a mask. There isn’t a continental breakfast of any kind, the restaurant only serves breakfast Fri-Sun. The pool and hot tub were closed, no reason given. The ICE machine was unavailable, also due to COVID. Our room was musty and the carpet felt wet. The tiny patio outside our room was cute, but there wasn’t even chairs to be able to sit outside. Our fridge was dirty and hardly worked. The beds are very hard and it was extremely uncomfortable to attempt to sleep. Housekeeping services were also not allowed during our stay because of COVID. I understand that COVID is a thing these days. But to have simple things like the ice machine closed at this point is ridiculous!! Every employee that works here doesn’t wear a mask and they check you at the door for your vaccine or you wear a mask. It’s a shame that customers have to go through all that just to see that none of the amenities are available anyway. We will not ever be back.

Reception was very rude. Hotel parking lot not even half full. But we still had worst room. Facing RV park, basement, next to laundry, handicapped accessible. Wanted to change for next night, they said booked. I went to their website and I could have booked an open room. Only slots to play, no tables. Restaurants barley open. Acting like they are still in lockdown. Very disappointing.

No place in the area compares to staying at LW! they have the best view, pool and hot tub, Camping and a nice marina. A restaurant and bar, even a snack bar for after hours. Ive been coming here for the past 20 years and it just keeps getting better and better! I definitely recommend staying here. In the marina there are several charter boats to if you want to get out on the water with a private boat tour or charter fishing. no need to even leave the premises, it's all right their!
