Excellent HIIT class with Ivan and excellent water aerobics classes with Fatima! So much fun with the Pumped Fitness staff!😊 Would definitely recommend this resort and hope to bring my whole family next time!

We had an amazing experience at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene. Our Star Class butlers Rom and Arturo (Colin) were beyond incredible. We have never received such classy, high end service - these guys were absolute pros! They were very attentive and connected with us throughout our stay to ensure we were having the best possible experience. The level of professionalism made us feel like absolute VIPs. They really know how to elevate the whole vibe, leaving you feeling like they truly love what they do and enjoy their interactions with you. They really prioritize making sure you have a great time and they never make you feel as though you are asking too much. The Star Class package is definitely worth it, and here’s why: - no problems getting into the restaurant of our choice every single night, at the times we chose - service customized to make sure our specific needs were met - gorgeous room and spectacular view - daily activities schedules and suggestions so we never missed an opportunity to see or do something new - top notch restaurants with amazing variety and super courteous servers - great, engaged entertainment team - beautiful pools, and a variety of places to hang out We did a lot of research before we booked, and can speak to some things we saw in other reviews: - the butler service really does make a world of difference, but you need to communicate with them so they know what you want - there is a definite ocean smell in some rooms, but they are spotless and a couple hanging bags of damp rid helps a lot - tips are appreciated but never pushed for or expected, and when you see how hard these folks are working you will want to give even more - wait times for food were perfectly normal, and there was a tremendous variety. Those that mentioned food was cold may have been making the wrong choices at the buffets etc - many dishes were meant to be cool to complement the other savoury hot dishes - Seaweed wasn’t really an issue and the beach servers are fabulous - thanks Miguel! We felt so welcomed and appreciated there, it is hard to imagine going anywhere else for our next trip. We’ll be staying in touch with the amazing Rom & Arturo so we can make sure we get to work with them on our next trip - ask for them by name and you will likely have the time of your life!…

An amazing resort for adults! The swim out room was gorgeous! We took our nightcap in the pool and slept like babies! A big shout out to Erick And Maria at The Scene Bar! Edward at the adult pool swim up bar! They all took excellent care of us!!!!!

We stayed at PH for my friends wedding..we were there for 6 days..we had a blast. Food quality was ok. Believe there is room for improvement. Our room was amazing with an excellent housekeeper who attended to our room each day..Our butlers, Enrique and Louis were amazing. They touched base with us each day. Provided the lists of activities, restaurants open for the day etc...they made sure we had the dinner reservations we requested etc. They made sure we had what we needed. All other staff around the resort were very polite and friendly too..

Very accommodating staff and excellent facilities. Ivan is great in teaching yoga. There are many activities that one can occupy for the day. The food and service at the Brazilian Churrascaria is wonderful! Overall, the experience at PH is awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

During our stay the service and accommodations were excellent. Where we ran into a problem was at check out. They mistakenly had charged us twice for a Cabana rental on March first and admitted their error. After waiting for nearly 1/2 hour with our taxi waiting we were told we would have to pay it and then our credit card would get reimbursed! We had no choice as we were now running late so paid the additional charge. That was over 10 weeks ago we and have still not been reimbursed , not only that the Manager Benjamin Cordoba that double charged us is no longer responding to E-Mails. I have E-Mailed customer support, no response. Very disappointing ending to a wonderful vacation.

My team and I have been working with the Planet Hollywood Team for the last nine months planning our company's annual incentive trip. This year we celebrated our 35th Annual trip and planned to roll out the red carpets for our 500+ guests. The Planet Hollywood was up for every idea we brought to them and exceeded our expectations in countless ways. Their group check-in process was seamless and fast experience, resulting in all our guests checking into their rooms by 4pm on arrival day with minimum hiccups. Their pool and beach facilities provided ample entertainment for our guests for our 4-day stay as well as the many other entertainment features such as the nightly shows, surfing simulator and mini-golf. The food options were some of the best all-inclusive cuisine we have experienced, which always leads to happy guests. Their management staff was there for anything we needed and understood how important this event was to us and made every effort to deliver a high quality event. We would not second guess revisiting Planet Hollywood for this annual event in the future. …

Believe the bad reviews! Dinner service and star class pool service has been awful in our experience. Same with housekeeping as we haven't had coffee and towels in 2 days. Have asked bultwrs multiple times with no avail. Will never stay here again or recommend this resort
