Stayed for 2 nights camping in our tent on the grass tent field area (basic pitch no elec/water..tho these are available on the terraced area just up from tent field) Lovely little site, very close to cowes ferry terminal (actually you can here it on site.. Didn't bother us tho, Waverley park has direct pedestrian access to the promenade of...

What an amazing amount of information you gave for anyone wanting an idea of what Waverley Park was like for you. It could not have been clearer and thank you for all the positive comments that you made. We have had trouble getting planning permission for extra loos closer to the camping area because we are on view from the...

We booked the Osborne caravan which has 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twins quite surprised how spacious they were. The toilet was a bit tight but we only used it if some one was in the shower/toilet area. It has a fully enclosed shower so might be a bit claustrophobic for some. We were based near the esplanade and...

Thank you for your informative and detailed review. Our pool is kept at a good temperature as you mentioned. We want our claim to have a heated pool to mean something and the temperature is displayed daily on the board outside. This means it is very popular especially in the heatwave that we had recently. However in the middle of...

Really enjoyed our second stay at Waverley park. We will return if we come back to the Isle of Wight! Very friendly family run business with easy access to local amenities. Our youngest enjoyed the skittles and the bingo in the clubhouse. We found the sight to be clean and well maintained. One tiny criticism the double bed mattress was...

Thank you for posting a review and for the feed back about the bed and shower screen. We are sorry that you had a problem with them we will certainly follow up on that. However it was good to hear that you really enjoyed your stay at Waverley Park and we hope that you might return for a third time....

We visited this site at short notice for two nights this week and have no complaints at all. Yes there is only one shower block and yes the view is of what I can only assume is a power station in Southampton but the facilities are clean and the site is very well run. Food is great and the site...

Thanks for a super review! The power station - on what we laughingly call 'the big island' - is a reminder of why you crossed the Solent (:

Just got home from another fantastic holiday at Waverley. We have been coming here every year for about 25 years and that says it all. Spotlessly clean everywhere, nice food, and lovely people. Will be back asap .x

People like you are our core business because you know what we are - a hands on family run holiday park and proud of it! (one of the few that have not been bought out by the 'big boys') which is why we call you all our BB's - meaning Been Before! We love you and what you bring with...

We stayed for a week at the beginning of August 2016 in one of their newest caravans - had been updated this year. A fabulous caravan on a great site. Food onsite was lovely and service was good. A lovely terrace and garden giving the opportunity to have a drink or meal while watching the boats/cruise ships leaving Southampton. Less...

Hello What a lovely review. We do appreciate your taking time out to send one. Our cleaners, bar staff, kitchen team and groundsmen really do work hard to try and make your stay here a good one. I will let them know that you have given them the thumbs up. Hope you will come again and thank you once more....

We visited this lovely park for a week at the end of July, with myself, husband, 3 children (ages 7, 6 & 6) and grandma and grandad along with two small dogs! We stayed in a 4 bedroom Osborne caravan. Travel time from the ferry to the site is literally minutes! On arrival check in was effortless and lots of...

We spent 3 nights camping at this fantastic site. An idyllic spot with lovely views of the Solent from the camping field. The shower block/Laundry/washing up room was well designed and nice and clean. The outdoor pool was heated to a very pleasant temperature and we enjoyed the waterslide. We spent one evening in the clubhouse, having a lovely meal,...

Have been to Waverley many times over the past few years in our motorhomes. The staff are always very friendly and the site is well maintained. It's ideal for being able to walk down to the shore. The pool was being used when we were there and it looked very inviting.
