We stayed for three night with our young children - it was a return visit after my partner had had a very positive stay on business the previous year. Family accommodation could not have been better - even provided toys. Most importantly, the children slept really well! Made to feel as though it was home from home. Would definitely return...

Just returned from a one night stay here. We have two children and stayed in the family suite. Irene was lovely and friendly from the instant we arrived. The room was huge and the kids loved their adjoining suite. The beds were extremely comfortable. Really liked the ample array of tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room. The breakfast...

Stayed at this B&B which was booked at very late notice for a weekend away in Suffolk. It is a great location with spacious accommodation although a little tired and in need of a bit of TLC. It can be a little noisy from other rooms. The proprietor is welcoming and attentive just a shame that we were hounded for...

I had an enormous room, with sofa in its own sitting area, and lovely comfortable king size bed. The power shower was fantastic. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, and good cooked breakfasts to start my day. Irene is a lovely host and makes you feel very welcome

Three Acres is a large house surrounded by a big garden. Our room had a balcony, although the hand rail needed some attention as it tended to wobble. It was comfortable if a bit cluttered, with a generous variety of teas and coffees. There was a generous breakfast at a communal table. It was rather expensive and rather traditional but...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here a for a couple of nights and it's a delightful little place. Very comfortable bed, gorgeous shower and a smashing breakfast. We really couldn't fault it. If we were every in the area again, we would most certainly try and stay here! :)

Massive room and powerful shower - enormous breakfast and the coffee was amazing! Irene is a lovely host - recommended. Watch out for exiting the property as you have to 'creep and peep'. Can recommend the Nelson's Head in nearby Horsey to eat out - good unpretentious pub grub.

We had a super one night stay at Three Acres. It is often restricting taking a dog away and with so few B+B's on the coast of Norfolk we were pretty stuck. However we were made more than welcome in this lovely house and having a (well behaved) dog seemed to cause no inconvenience at all. We had a massive...
