I really did not like this hotel: it was dirty, old, and very far from the airport: it took over 3 hours in horrible traffic. They do not even have room service cleaning during the day! The restaurant is extremely basic. There was no wifi working in my room. The only thing that appeared to be nice was the pool...

I liked the big pool from 3ft above so we've could swim with our daughter, you can bring foods and drinks but we didn't, we have tried the bistro, I don't recommend the pansit canton wasn't good for our taste, in the counter we have been force to get a cottage since we were just 2 adults and 1 child,...

I stayed 5 nights over Christmas. The sheets were not changed from the previous occupiers of the room. The AC was broken and the door didn't lock from the inside. The main lobby area had random animals wondering around that haven't been cleaned up after. So my wife stepped in dog poop inside the building. I understand that standards are...

Arrived late at night after a very long trip and transfer. The available staff were most helpful and got us to our rooms, next morning we were disappointed in the decor and condition of the rooms. But as we were attending a family wedding we accepted the conditions. Breakfast was basic and pool furniture even more so. After two days...

Was supposed to stay here for 2 nights but ended up staying for only 1 night. Their credit card facility was not working. The room was spacious but looked old and needs renovation. Elevator was not working. Complimentary breakfast was not that good too. Oh, and there was only 2 choices for breakfast. Check out took almost an hour! Waiting...

We were only planning to use their pool services, we were okay with paying the bahay kubo deal (P1500) they had, but the afternoon front desk rep stated that if we take that deal we are only able to use the pool until 1 am and it was already around 11pm so he gave us another option which was to...

Attended a party in St. Agatha, ended up having our car with a broken right rear door quarter glass... The CCTV is not reliable (small parking with two equally unreliable guard), and the staff/marketing who talked to us assured that it will be investigated but to no avail (can't even call us to update). 👎👎👎👎

Entrance price (P150) was reasonable, there were choices of huts, cottages and tables. There were three pools -- a wave pool, a kiddie pool and a lap pool -- and there was a zip line. There was also a restaurant and a hotel. Everything was pretty ordinary. And when we went there, the spot that was given to us for a...
