I stayed at Hotel Paris and it was the first hotel that I used as I walked from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea via the Spanish Pyrenees on La Senda Pirenaica GR11. The room was comfortable although the decor is a little dated. However, the hotel is spotlessly clean and in the morning I enjoyed a superb buffet breakfast. There was so much choice and everything that I ate was fresh and delicious. Recommended.
Great hotel Room with balcony looking over river, comfortable bed, very clean, shower and bath, great heating. Staff and owner were really friendly and helpful. Owner was always very helpful recommending places, restaurants, etc... and bent over backwards to help us. Breakfast is basic but all good stuff ( ham, cheese, other cold meats, variety of bread and baked goods) not a cooked breakfast as such but I found it perfect. A nice coffee and some toast with tomato and olive oil and im happy the rest was just a bonus. I don’t understand how it has any bad reviews i have stayed in much worse and more expensive places. If going to Andorra will would more than recommend and will definitely return
This is a lovely, inexpensive hotel. It's got clean comfortable rooms that are not too small. They serve a good set dinner and in the morning there's a generous breakfast buffet. The service is very friendly and it's right in the town center. The staff and owner were very helpful with info about Andorra. It seems quite well known and was recommended to us by other hikers.
There is a lot written about the advantages and disadvantages of this hotel. I am writing about this hotel, because it is not an ordinary 3 star hotel. The highlight of this hotel is that the owner is also a chef in the hotel restaurant. We met with him. He said that he is a happy man, because due to his culinary art he makes people happy. It's true. Dinners at this hotel are author's cuisine. Nowadays in many hotels restaurants you serve yourself, here you are served personally, it is pleasant. I also want to note that the hotel is very well located as to the funicamp as to Andorra la Vella. As an inconvenience I can indicate only a very strong sound permeability.
I visited hotel Paris with my father in the end of January-beginning of February (2018). The stay was definitely better then I thought it would be - first of all, the staff was very nice, caring and helping. The usual check-in time is 2 p.m. and we arrived 2 hours earlier, still we got the room immediately which was really nice considering the long road we took to get to the hotel - the ability to have some rest and not wait too much is definitely appreciated in the circumstances. Every my question was answered immediately and thoroughly, and before the leaving of the hotel all the information on the details of my flight and check-out procedure was given to me even before I asked, which surprised me in a pleasant way. The food was really tasty, every time in the evening you have the ability to decide 2 out of 5 dishes, all were delicious. The room had a balcony with the road view, but the noices from the cars weren't heard since when you close the balcony door, the sound isolation works pretty good. Overall the hotel is very comfortable and cosy. I enjoyed the stay very much and want to go back here again.…
